  Simple and sufficient

  My sister and I stayed at the Royal Garden. We were quite satisfied with the check in process, the quality of the rooms and the bathroom. The bathroom is quite small, but is sufficient. The water took a long time to heat, and was also draining out quite slowly in our room. Breakfast was once again simple and sufficient. The hotel is also located in a convenient spot. An affordable and pleasant stay.

  Lovely stopover at Juhu Beach

  This was one of our better stopovers near Mumbai airport. Nice hotel and lovely restaurant downstairs. They also allowed us a later checkout so we could freshen up before going to the airport. Rooms could do with a paint refresh and Wi-Fi was super slow and very weak, but apart from that, it was a comfortable place to stay. Tip for hotel manager -please get rid of the strange frame in the breakfast area. It makes it very awkward for customers to navigate with breakfast in hand!

  Friendly and hospitable hotel

  The Treebo team is friendly and helpful. Rooms were cozy and clean, water pressure in the shower was high, breakfast was excellent with different options each day. Only 5 minutes walk to Juhu beach and close to the airport.

  Communication, communication

  I booked through Bookings.com and was contacted by the hotel to pay a deposit otherwise my room would not be guaranteed. A link was sent which didnt work, I message the hotel and after 24 hours received no reply. I was due to travel there the following day. The issue was resolved through Bookings.com. Once I arrived the place was as I hoped, clean, relatively modern and the staff were polite. Breakfast was sufficient and the location was fine, good value for money. Just need to work on the Communication.

  Comfortable but with issues

  We booked to stay 3 nights here from 3rd to 6th of March. We only stayed here for 2 of the nights, we kept the room for the 3rd night because we had an early morning flight on 7th March. It meant we could check out late evening and go straight to the Airport. On first morning we went for breakfast in the seating area in the lobby, where a buffet breakfast was on offer. It was all a bit shambolic, there was no milk or hot water. The coffee was instant and stored in a dirty jar. There was a hot plate dish with paratha bread on one side and dried up beans on the other. Some of the food trays were empty. The staff seemed a bit clueless. We did not bother with breakfast, we walked down the road to Starbucks, rather than have breakfast in the Hotel. We did not go for breakfast the next morning. While our room was clean and comfortable, there were a few things not right. The towels were a bit frayed and not been white for a while. The bedside light was held together with sticky tape. Also the roof area outside our 3 floor window had been used as a ashtray on a number of occasions.
