  Breakfast very very poor, Ac not working well, tv also not working, they not give bath shops, dental & shaving kit. Poor location as. Well, bathroom was not cleaned, overall poor experience at all. Due to Poor ac sleep quality also decreases.

  Issues faced in hotel

  1. laundry given was not send for washing even after repeated follow-up. 2. Intercom connection was not working and same was not attended after repeated request. 3. Toilet flush valve was not operating and same was also not attended. 4. TV channels were almost nothing, all unwanted channels were available.

  This hotel is located in a busy area Peer Gate and is quite well known to auto and taxi drivers. Rooms: Spacious, air conditioned, clean linen. Bathrooms are clean but we didn't get hot water for bathing, it was just lukewarm. Electric kettle provided with tea and coffee sachets. Hotel refuses to refill even one extra packet of sugar if requested, that's quite shameful for a Treebo hotel. Breakfast: Is the biggest let down in this place. First of all, complimentary breakfast starts only around 8:10am. They should understand that there are visitors who may wish to leave early. Breakfast should start atleast by 7:15am. Only two shabby items were kept - tiny burnt dosas and sandwich (dry tomato and cucumber slices with bread) apart from the customary toast and jam. Tea and coffee are of poor quality. Hotel really needs to improve a lot on breakfast, both timing and items. But the in house restaurant is good and serves good food on order. Quite reasonably priced as well. Biggest plus point here are the staff. All of them are very helpful and nice, ever smiling. Very happy to see such service. Hospital is located within walking distance from Gandhi medical college & Hamidia hospital. Close to Big lake as well. Overall worth the money charged. Would definitely stay here again.

  Tough I stay here frequently but now the service has become very poor and rooms are in pathetic condition. The AC in room was not working. TV Remote were having No cells. After telling Reception about issue they did not attend to complaints. It was when I had file complaint on Treebo App then Room was changed. Now in the new room the flush of Toilet was not working. Overall pathetic

I stayed there a night in an AC room with my daughter where AC was set to 30 degrees and you cannot change as buttons were disabled and remote wasn't working. AC wasn't facing the bed and was stopping for 10 minutes after every 5 minutes. It was very hot and I couldn't sleep and suddenly at 2 am at night the AC stopped, I had to call reception. A guy came to our room in the middle of the night to check and I was very uncomfortable. He asked us to change room at 3 am with all my luggage and sleeping kid. I was so frustrated, more than half of the night was gone and I shifted to new room by 3.30 am and I lost my sleep and couldn't sleep. In the morning I demanded to talk to manager but It has been one month neither the manager contacted me or received my call or apologized. One of the staff members promised refund after talking to manager but that never happened. It is the worst hotel, STAY AWAY and save your money.
