  Perfect place in Nakhon

  Huge house with all amenities in the Center at a very good price ! Nice breakfast in the garden Owner is very kind and can give you Nice advice where to go or to eat Close to all city attractions Parking in front of your house !!! Highly recommended if you plan to Visit this incredible city

  Our Favorite Home Stay of Our Thailand Trip

  This place is simple and beautiful with nice wooden accents, well tended garden, fast WiFi and welcoming hosts. Breakfast in the garden is lovely. Not much English spoken here but we were able to communicate via Google Translate:-). The owner himself drove us to the airport at 6am for 200 baht!

  A mixed review

  We would love to have given a 5 star review for this Homestay. The rooms are spacious, breakfast good 2/3 days, rooms are serviced daily, it has a convenient location and the son of the owner extremely helpful and responsive via Messenger. However, we left feeling disappointed. Our check in was functional at best and we were given the wrong room twice. No English is spoken but we never find that usually matters but here it was different. We were pretty much ignored throughout our stay and nobody even smiled or tried to make you feel welcome apart from a lady who kindly bought us some mangoes but we never found out who she was. If it hadnt been for the Messenger contact, we believe we would have gone 3 days without being spoken to. Checkout was the same. We handed over a key and were ignored, so we left. This Homestay was nearly very good and if the son ran it single handed it would be superb because he really is very obliging and speaks good English but he does not appear to live on site. After 3 days we had no idea who anyone was and it felt as though they would prefer to receive only Thai guests. To make matters worse we were questioned about non payment of our bill after we had left and were heading to the airport. It had been pre paid on line but they seemed to know nothing about it. Maybe this is where the initial confusion about room on check in arose. If we returned to NST we would choose to stay elsewhere in the hope of a more friendly welcome.

  Goog place to stay in Nakhon

  The room are very clean and spacious. Very Cozy and homey design , comfy bed, hot and cold shower, cool air-cond, Friendly owner, Quiet. Great location close to city attractions . Lovely garden, Highly recommended,

  Very very nice!

  Apart from the fact that the owner was not there when we checked-in (he showed-up approx. 15mns after we arrived and a couple of phone calls from my side), everything at Tree Home Plus Homestay was very good. My wife and I spent two nights in a very spacious, clean and comfortable room with excellent bedding. The en-suite bathroom was very good with excellent water pressure. The small terrace outside was quite nice too. WiFi was good. Breakfast in the morning was simple but appreciated (selection of hot beverages, toasts, butter, jam, fruits). All in all, we were very happy with our choice of accommodation in Nakhon Si Thammarat.
