  Excellent Bed & Breakfast

  This is a wonderful place to stay near Bedford. Sue and Bruce make you feel very welcome. The breakfast is excellent with Sue making homemade marmalade and the potato cakes are unique and tasty. Tree Garth B & B is in the lovely and quiet village of Ravensden. It has some very good pubs and restaurants near by. It is also handy for getting to Bedford or the motorways to Milton Keynes and Cambridge. Tree Garth is very peaceful and has beautiful views out the front window.

  secluded location

  Visiting relations so wanting a nights B&B in between visiting Althorp and Wrest Park Gardens. No problem finding the location as it has a name, but a lot of properties in the street so you have to drive slowly. Off road parking. Sue and Bruce were very friendly and welcomed us with a cup of tea and home made chocolate parkin. Use of lounge if required. Double room very comfortable and well fitted with a sink and drink making facilites. I appreciated the bottle of water as I have to take tablets. Bath robes provided as the bathroom is shared with two other rooms but so long as you are aware of this it is not a problem and we did not have any problems. Room quiet. Fautless breakfast, juice, cereals, fruits and well cooked bacon, sausage and egg. Everything you could wish for and you can select what you would like the night before. We enjoyed our stay here and it is well located for Bedford and nearby attractions. Restaurants nearby we had a reasonably priced and tasty Indian meal.

  peaceful, quiet location

  I stayed here the night before taking part in a nearby triathlon. Met by a nice friendly guy with welcoming tea after my journey. Bedroom and bathroom very clean. I had to leave early the next morning and 2 rounds of very tasty bacon sandwiches were left for me to take, which were devoured readily after my successful race (came 3rd and a bronze medal in the British Championships in my 'old geyser' age group). I took one sandwich home which my wife equally enjoyed. I would definitely stay here again if racing in the area. A home away from home owned by friendly helpful folks.

  Peaceful location

  Stayed here for one Saturday night in September. Easy to find and in a nice peaceful location. Nice, pleasant hosts and had a good stay. Lovely cooked breakfast too! Added benefit of ample car park at property which is always appreciated. Nice bistro/ pub short walk down the road. Would have no hesitation in recommending or staying again.

  The b& b was comfortable and welcoming the food was good and a throughly good place to stay located. In a very pleasant village 3 1/2 miles from the centre of Bedford near a very good restaurant the Horse and Jockey should you want a good evening meal
