  Es un hotel perfecto en la main street de park city, con un ambiente pintoresco del lejano oeste. La habitación perfecta, con un estar con sofá, y cocina totalmente equipada q nos permitia quedarnos después de una jornada de esqui impresionante. El trole antiguo te deja en la puerta!!! Y te lleva por toda la main street, asiq si no queres caminar para ir a comer este es ideal!!

  Enjoyable stay, close to EVERYTHING!

  We checked the internet and available rooms very carefully. There are different owners involved, we totally lucked out with our rooms, they were true to the photos showing online and we insisted on getting them. So very convenient to evrerything. Parking outside the hotel only $5 a day, a real deal. Shuttle s right outside of door. Town lifts less than 10 minutes, and of course you can take the shuttle there. Very happy with Aloha Outfitters for ski rentals. Needed to exchange skis, no problem.

  Corona Virus

  I was scheduled to go to Treasure Mountain this summer for a family reunion. Obviously because of the virus and people being out of work, we cancelled the reunion. I called immediately was told that they didn't know if they could give me a refund. They would call back. That didn't happen. The following week I called and was told that they would refund all but one day per the manager. That didn't happen. The following week when I called it was that they needed to keep two full days. That didn't happen. When I called again I was told that it was because they didn't have my credit card informations, but did have my phone number. So 10 days ago, I gave them my number, waited, and after 7 days was told that it was in the process and they would send me a receipt by email to show. No email and only 1/2 the refund showed up. So after all this, they no longer answer their phone nor do they have voice mail because it's full. I am still owed approximately $500 and that is after losing $200+ due to cancellation of the virus. I had intended to reschedule the reunion there when this all got better. But, there is no way I'd every set foot in this place. Hoping to get my money this year!

  Disturbing

  Reserved the corner condo with a view of main street - "best location on the property." Arrived to find our room was far from clean, possibly only half cleaned, as the beds had been made. There was a used MASK on the floor, which absolutely gave us the heebie jeebies! Fingerprints all over the windows and kitchen. Bathroom had not been cleaned - no towels, floor was dirty. The hotel itself did not seem clean at all and definitely not concerned about COVID. Used the public restrooms upon arrival and they were disgusting. Neither stall even had soap. Do not stay here. We called and told them we were leaving and demanded a refund, which was granted.

  Condo #47 - owners just don't care

  We really liked TMI as a hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. All condo's are owned individually, so it is the luck of the draw. Unfortunately, we got the short straw with condo #47. We paid top price for the busiest week of the year, and we acknowledge we got the cheapest of the apartments. But lowest cost should not mean: a) a broken couch (literally the base was broken in half); b) a dishwasher not installed properly so it was an electrical risk and it tilted forward every time you opened it; c) no power to the outlets in bathroom so no hair dryer worked; d) broken cupboards; e) TV connections left dangling, so an electrical hazard for children; f) bedside table lamp with cord cut and g) a bathroom door that didn't shut because the door handle was missing. Other annoying things were poorly stocked kitchen; broken cupboard in bathroom; and slow internet. So my advice is to check which condo you're getting. Some have been renovated and some look well looked after. Just not #47. I really hate leaving poor reviews, but #47 just felt like we were being ripped off. I hope the owners of #47 read this and do something about their condo.
