  Do not be fooled, the one word for this place "avoid"

  While the pictures seem nice, the staff are simply offensive, and I speak Italian well. Take a look at the reviews and you will find that I am not the only one. Take note of how aggressive defensive the replies are. Do not be fooled by the photos, they only show you a small picture of what you are going to find. There are many beautiful places in Trieste, and many friendly, welcoming people but you will NOT find them at this hotel. I look forward to the reply from the hotel as it is sure to be entertaining. But it will hopefully help at least one person not waste their money here.

  Pleasant hotel on the coast

  Very nice restoration out of an old storage for small boats. Modern and practical, rooms feels more like a cabin room on a nice ship, the way they are designed. Bathroom is big, compare to the size of the room. High ceiling is nice which compensate the tiny size of the bedroom. Breakfast is ok. We were just wondering why in the city of excellent coffee there would be a Nespresso machine to make your own cappuccino... ! Some fresh fruit salad would also be nice to have. A nicely prepared Gin&Tonic was nice to enjoy sitting by the sea...

  Worst kind of staff ever encountered in Hotel, welcome to Trieste!

  I hereby state that this hotel as very awkward standards of quality in respect of treating clients. The cleaning staff kept on placing my swimsuits outside the room ( pieces of clothing that we kept in the bathroom) with the constant rain of Trieste my clothes kept getting wet. My daughter lost her retainer at breakfast, the next day the lady from breakfast was off duty and the other staff were very quick to tell me that no retainer had been found. They didnt offer to call the other staff or search for it in the hotel lost and found. Having travelled all over the world I have never found staff with such a lack of emphathy to a client with a stated problem to solve. Maybe they need better training.

  Not a family friendly hotel

  The hotel is good, in front of the sea, but not family friendly. They made us get a second room, because they don't allow kids to sleep in the same bed, although we have a 4 and a 6 year old small children.

  Near the sea, near the town, near Miramare

  A good place to make trips in all directions, by feet, by bus or by car. And you live nearby the sea. The bedroom was very nice and modern with interesting details. Also the breakfastroom was a good combination between old and new design.
