  I stayed here on the night before lockdown in November 2020. No resturant open due to lockdown but when I ordered a take away and asked to use a fork the reception guy just said "no COVID". I ate my chicken chow mein on the bed, out of a carton, with a bloody teaspoon!!!

  Very good and kind staff Helen the manager and nalene the assistant Very central to shops and other areas easy for my work very clean and very upstanding would definitely stay here again give him five stars

  Excellent value for money

  Me and my girlfriend stayed at this, hotel for 1 night after a day out in Norwich. The hotel is located virtually next to the main bus station which is brilliant. The hotel check in was very quick and friendly reception staff. The whole hotel is spotless and the room we had very clean and a good size with a bath and shower. The bed was very comfortable and we both enjoyed our stay here. Thanks very much to the friendly reception staff and cleaning staff who are a real credit to the travelodge group. We would have no hesitation in booking here again

  We booked this for one night so we could have a meal out in Norwich,we live in Norfolk but as husband is disabled its not easy for us The accessible room was fine surprisingly quiet as its right next to the bus station Did have a problem with the car park next door the hotel doesnt have its own one we pre booked and got a code to scan but then on arrival its wasnt clear where you needed to scan for entry we took a ticket and then had to find the attendant who told us we would need to get assistance to leave the next day Reported this to staff in travel lodge as wed booked through their website and it was not explained properly how to enter and exit

  Good place to relax

  Good hotel. Close to bus station and shops. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean and really nice smelling hotel. Would stop again, stayed a few times before, my first choice hotel when booking to stay in Norwich. Felt safe during the Covid 19 outbreak, plenty of hand gel and signs with rules etc
