    Customer service Front desk

    Worst customer service at front desk Manager won't let us go inside our room because check out was supposed to be at 11 and we made new reservation and keys didn't work and all at front desk refuse to help until 2 pm check in leave us out our room 1hour

    RUDE IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE

    I was in town for the holiday (Thanksgiving) I had made my reservation in advance, I'm from out of town and thinking I had a room waiting for me I decided to check in with family first. Right when I get in my car to go check in at the hotel I get a call from the "manager" pushing me away because he somehow overbooked. I'm not big on titles but he didn't care that I was a Diamond Wyndham Member. I asked if everyone had already checked in and very abruptly he said no! I know how hotels operate I am in the hospitality industry myself. Let me share some advice with you Mr. Manager, you should know better than to push people away the way you did, you should never cut off a speaking loyal guest, you should always go above and beyond for your guests not just because it's the right thing to do but if you stop to really think about it, we are the reason you have a job. Working in hospitality is not for everyone, clearly if you set foot here you will see a very bitter self centered money hungry person and you shall not be expected to receive the value of Wyndham. Mr. Manager, since we are brothers in the hospitality service industry I recommend you start servicing not just your internal but external guests too. Wyndham values are treating people with respect and dignity and putting the traveler at ease. Now putting aside that he was a total jerk, he stated in his short call to me "take it as you want it, this is how we run business here, call tomorrow and get your Wyndham points back"... Yet I call the next day to Wyndham Rewards to get my points back (since I had made my reservation with Points) this man tells Wyndham to not give me anything back because I was rude... Sir, you're clearly not fit to be a manager and it seems to be like you must not be all good in your memory to remember you were the one who called me. I'm sure you read your reviews and it looks like I'm not the only one who you have ruined a day for. By all means, Wyndham is a company of care and strives to do the right thing, either get out and let someone with heart run this business or do everyone a favor and retrain in customer service, study the Wyndham values and dress for success because that accounts for a lot of your business. I apologize to everyone who has fallen victim of this man. From one Manager to another, you have a wonderful day sir, manners and patronage goes a long way. Happy Holidays to everyone else.

    Homeless Shelters

    Travelodge los banos ca . Is homeless house ,The front desk Manager Rude and stupid. They just make a money. Run down ,Dirty Trash everywhere, blood splatteres on wall , dirty floors, broken door ,Homeless camp in hotel . Place stinks, criminal clients and manager gets your money and too bad, you don't like it LEAVE..... The health and safety issues that naturally come with this. I never felt unsafe, but if you want to stay in a homeless shelter then you can go & try your self. I will not stay here again . HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

    Gap is great place is just amazing the very friendly nice restaurant in French donut shop across the street really nice people very friendly and your login animals overall fantastic Michaels in manager is Amazing Grace friendly outgoing worked his butt off and seems housekeeping staff is excellent tells perfect I really like staying here and I will more likely stay here for seven more times this year

    My family stayed at the travel lodge and before we did we had to pay a deposit of 100$ this morning when we left they said they couldn't give us back our deposit because we were too loud they kept our deposit.Its not the truth nor is it fair for them to keep our money .i have since filed a complaint with the better business buero.
