  Meh

  The hotel is just meh. Waterpark was a big let down. Rooms were cold. Bags froze to the floor... Literally, a couple bags were frozen to the floor by the windows. Heater LOUDLY ran constantly. Room keys were deactivated halfway through the trip for no reason.

  Showing its age

  Yes the waterpark has been updated but the rooms and hallways really show there age. What is the saying "you can out lipstick on a pig, but it's still a pig". The wallpaper is peeling the theme room hasn't been updated in 15 years or so besides a new TV.

  Purse and vehicle stolen from here, dirty room

  Someone broke into housekeeping took the master keycard then broke into my room took my purse my dentures and spare suv key were in there. So they stole my suv too it is now in Nipawin. The room was dirty and not properly stocked. Nothing was offered to rectify the problem. They didn't offer to rent me a vehicle until mine was found. Didn't offer a complimentary stay for the dirty room, nothing.

  So loud!

  Theme room was fun, lots of really neat touches. Pool area was clean, had lots of fun racing on the waterslides. Beds were comfortable Bathroom was terrible. Toilet was so close to the sink even my youngest daughter was banging her elbows, and the toilet paper was underneath there...so extremely awkward and hard to reach. The ceiling fan was deafening, and with it being on the same switch as the light there was no way to avoid it. The walls were quite thin and you could hear the people in the rooms next to you and the hallways. The staff was friendly for the most part. when we checked out she barely said two words to us not even asking how our stay was. It was a nice little getaway. But it definitely needs some updates and some upgrades.

  Needs help!

  No hot water, poorly trained staff, and overall dirty Hotel. We had a Swim Package and weren't allowed to book swimming times until time of check-in. And at that time the only times left were 9 pm for a 3 year old?! The phone in our room didn't work so when it came to using our free pizza and breakfast vouchers it made ordering extremely difficult. None of the staff were up-to-date with the swim package and we had to explain to everyone what we had purchased and how it was to be used.
