    The Quiet Room We Needed

After leaving another well known Harrogate hotel after the second night of unbearable noise, we arrived at 12am at the Travelodge. We explained that wed left another hotel after 2 days of no sleep and the receptionist put us in the quietest room possibly. He couldnt have been more accommodating and lovely! Thank you so so much to him, you saved our trip to Harrogate. Our room was clean and a good size for the two of us. Dont waste you money on 4* hotels in the town centre. The Travelodge is value for money and much more relaxing. Spend that extra money in Bettys!

    Great stay, fantastic staff.

Arrived to warm welcome, lovely lady on reception 15.10.20. Very happy to help recommending places to eat and shop. Asked for a fan as unusually warm for october and lady brought up in just couple minutes. Room clean and regularly saw staff sanitizing around building. Need a shower cap if you just want shower but not to wash hair every day as fixed shower head!! Great value stay would recommend. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment. Central location. Parking £11 for 24 hours.

Excellent stay in a central location

My wife and I stayed at the Travelodge in Harrogate in November. It was very good, clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly. Despite being in a central location we didn't hear any noise in the bedroom. The bedroom was very clean and tidy as was the bathroom, and the room was quite big.

    Personal touch!

We love Travelodges for their 'no nonsense' comfort and value and this one offers exactly that.. We just got home from an 11 night stay while our home was uninhabitable. Betty and her great team did everything possible to help us. Nothing was too much trouble - an extension lead was provided for my sleep apnoea machine, a friendly smile and greeting from all staff members was a standard daily experience and we were even offered a late checkout on the last day when our home wasn't ready in time and everywhere was locked down. It's not The Ritz but it's a great budget hotel with everything we needed, ideally situated right in the centre of town and a great team of lovely staff.

    Excellent Location!

Almost always stay here on trips to Harrogate as the excellent value and location are the best for us. Budget feel but car park ideally located, pleasant views on top floor, fan in room in hot weather, extra beds for children provided, plenty tea/coffee, spacious rooms, extra pillows, towels, hairdryer, etc. Can be a tad noisy on a weekend as you're next door to Wetherspoons and a few bars/restaurants but that's City Centres for you. They have two sets of windows to help with this which works for us
