One night stay before visiting the ZooRoom was OK, nothing special, but everything was clean. Big bath in the bathroom (no jacuzzi), pool available but quite small. Staff ok in general. We just stayed one night, in order to visit the zoo nearby (20 min by car). There are not a lot Of choices in this region.

Hockey Tournament WeekendWe stayed here for a nearby Hockey Tournament. The location was excellent. Continental breakfast was included. There were lots of options for those who are not too picky. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I stayed on the second floor, the rooms were tastefully decorated and bathrooms very large. From what I saw, the decor in the rooms varied depending on what floor you stayed on. The pool was extremely cold and very small but the children didn't mind. The hotel was extremely accommodating to our hockey teams, even opening up an empty conference room in the basement so that they children could pay mini-stick hockey indoors without disturbing other guests. A St. Hubert Express is attached the hotel, unfortunately there is no hotel bar. I would recommend to stay here again for hockey tournament weekends. The only thing I would like to see change is the double beds to queen sized beds, or one queen and one double in each room.

Clean, noisy and over pricedWe stayed for two nights arrived late and didn't notice how paper thin the walls were probably due to everyone already sleeping. I'm sure they heard up though. The next day I could hear every word spoken in the next room. And was awoken from a nap by someone's television. Our room on the 3rd floor was clean and boasted slanted walls cutting out a big chunk of the room. The floor itself wasn't too structural sound and bounced and sagged when you walked on it. Definitely not a good room for anyone with vertigo. We payed for a king suite and received a room with two queen beds We didn't complain it was late and the man at the front desk was so nice and helpful to us when we arrived we didn't want to bother him so we made due. The room did have a nice jet tub for two that we had one heck of a time trying to figure out how to use the instructions were all in French and we believed the sign said not to use after 11pm so we didn't have much time to try it due to arriving late and being out late the next night. During our stay we left a tip for the maid and asked for our room to be cleaned. The real reason we asked for it to be cleaned was the floors. They are laminated hardwood and they accumulate dirt very easily. Not an excellent choice for a hotel room, upon return to our room it was cleaned. Towels restocked, sheets changed, bathroom cleaned. But the floors remained unswept, the dirt from our suitcase rolling across the floor from the night before still remained, we even lifted all our things from the floor before we left that day to make it easier for them. I was very disappointed with this. On our last day we were getting ready to leave, checkout is at noon. It was 11:15 am and I was in the washroom with the door open and my partner sat in a chair waiting for me to be ready to go. An employee put a key in our locked door that had a privacy please sign on the door, tuned the key and proceed to open the door. Thank goodness my partner hollered we are still in here and the door was latched by the privacy latch and got stuck before it could fly open. There was no knock on the door no warning of entry. We had obviously not checked out as our key had not been returned (they have real keys there not plastic cards). I was very upset about this disregard for privacy and we quickly gathered our things and left.

PoorAccording to the place, the hotel does not offer anything else. The smell of disinfectant is strong, the summary cleaning. Breakfast really poor despite the politeness of the lady. The room was cold. Check-in and Check-out quite easy

Smallest Pool in the World !!! 'Only 10 people are aloud at the same time !!!We booked for 2 queen beds we got doubles instead ,very nice staff very polite !!! the lighting in the room was too BRIGHT ,so we had to unscrew a few light bulbs so we can relax better ,,,we were so disappointed about the smallest pool in the world. In the washroom the Roman bath very slippery ,nothing to hold on too .Very Dangerous for injury specially the old folks .Wont recommend to anyone !!!
