  Perfect Overnight Stop

  We booked this hotel late for a driving break. The Lady on the front desk was very friendly and helpful and very conscious of hygiene, great service. Its an older style travel lodge but everything you need is there and its a comfortable night sleep. Very quiet. Free parking.

  Great overnight stop

  Our stay in August was the fourth. Always reasonably priced, always spotless and always a lovely welcome. It is a perfect stopover for Cornwall, so near to the motorway but actually a quiet country spot. A nearby village, Aust, has a lovely pub called the Boar's Head. Great food in a very picturesque location. We've always gone in the car but after a conversation with the man on reception we walked . It took about 15 minutes and although the path was near to the main road in some places it was fine. We'll definitely be back.

  Quick trip

  Stayed here the night with my partner. In a very good location right on the services and only a short drive from Bristol Town centre. Also little note you get 10% off at the services when you show your room key!!! Would reccomend here!!!

  Clean, comfortable, welcoming accommodation

  I stayed at Severn View in the course of a cycling weekend. When i asked whether there was anywhere to store my bike, the receptionist suggested I bring it into the hotel - a rare bonus! The room was clean, tidy and calm - I'd expected it to be noisy, being only a couple of hundred yards from the M48, but it was completely peaceful and I slept well. The bathroom was just what I wanted after a long day's cycling - a shower that worked perfectly! I hope to do another cycle trip to Wales soon, and would definitely choose Severn View as an overnight stop.

  Easy basic stay with bath

  Easy access from motorway with usual facilities of fast food and drink at services. Room was clean, well laid out with valuable storage space. Excellent value for money at less than £25 for the night for two.
