Not niceThe good news is the hotel is very close to the airport - just a stroll across the road. And my room was very big and spacious with a king and a double bed. The air conditioning worked well and the shower was nice and strong. There was complimentary shampoo, soap and conditioner. The room was generally clean. There was complimentary tea and coffee. Despite being on the main road my room was very quiet. However, the beds are pretty hard. The towels were terribly stained - very unappealing. No hotel should provide these to their clients. The TV had no remote and only one channel that I could find - just a sports channel. The tea was stale. The charge was 4% for credit card. The breakfast food was mundane. The price was reasonable at $150. However, I was asked to pay again for a room that had already been paid for. The hotel later rang my booking agent to apologise but better systems are needed. Hard to recommend this hotel.

false advertisement, the name is trans hotel, can be mistaken for the transit hotel which is 4 star.we made a mistake, picked the trans hotel instead of the transit hotel, was a bad experience, poor access for the elderly, no lift, noisy construction site next door. no taxi stand, combined kiosk/office. thank goodness the receptionist suggested we look at the room first.

Terrible service!!I arrived here 23/4/19 at night around 7pm with my family, i had made my booking with these guys in feb, called and also confirmed the booking. Upon arrival they denied having a booking for us. We provided them with a print out of our confirmation, but the manager Atish Kumar was awfully disrespectful! Kept giving us an excuse for their systems being down for months instead of providing my family and I with a room after a long flight. Atish can see me travelling with my 4 year old and didn't have the generosity to speed up the process. We weren't provided with our booking. When we asked to speak to someone above him he said he was calling them and took the phone call into the other room, not giving us a chance to speak. We had to pay for a nights accommodation which was ridiculous and waiting for answers took hours! When we were placed in a room late at night, the bed sheets were dirty and not changed from the previous guest use, dirty floors, used blankets and the foul smell. When my family and i spoke to Atish again about that he informed us that's the only room available and we had to compromise. Atish didn't even try and resolve the situation for my family and I! The excuse we got was our system is down and has been for the past couple of months. Months? We had to cancel our booking for other activities which starts today to resolve this, and this issue is still on-going!! No one should have to pay for staying in a filthy room, especially if you're travelling with kids!

AverageThe room was nice but some of the poor services was that at night there were mosquitoes, the cups were not washed (lipstick marks were on the cups) and there was no toilet papers. The one good thing were the friendly staff at the reception.
