Airbnb in resort, absolute best!We stayed in this resort in an airbnb and had an amazing time. Upon arrival you are greated with a beautiful view of the nearby pier and surrounding nature. There was no real reception so that was a bit tricky, but we found our bungalow and it was one of the best we've ever stayed in. The view from the room was breathtaking and the pool is a great place to hang out and relax. There is still some construction going on, or just not finished. Not at all an interference with the lovely experience. The place is extremely quiet and well away from the busy tourist areas. We didn't find a restaurant in the resort, but there are some great places within walking distance, especially ido ido!

Rented apartment one monthWe rented a one bedroom apartment here for one month. Quiet location with a great view. Nice swimmingpool. There was no restaurant on the property. 10 minutes walk to å nice beach and 10 minutes walk to Bang Bao pier.

Very Nice ApartmentVery nice, you will love staying here. And here's some tips for you guys, make sure to buy your stuffs like food and whatever else you need because this place is a bit far from shops. They have a restaurant which is also nice and quite. The view is amazing.

Dont rent unit BB3 from AndrewAfter 6 weeks of travel in SE Asia we thought we would end our trip in a condo with a fully stocked kitchen as we were tired of eating in restaurants. The complex does have a stunning view and nice pool but unit BB3 was appalling. We arrived to find no toilet paper, no starter soap, no kitchen towels, no drinking glasses. The fridge was making a very loud grinding noise and the ac in the living area was blowing hot air. We contacted Andrew ( the manager) immediately. He did have towels and glasses delivered. The repair person dismantled the pump in the fridge returned the next day with a new one. It didnt work. Basically we spent 6 nights without a fridge. Soon realized the dishwasher didnt work. The stove had to be shut off at the breaker as the buzzer wouldnt stop buzzing. We figured out that the ac worked if we turned it on and off at the breaker. The thermostat didnt work so either it blew freezing or hot. Andrew should be fired. We paid 250.00/night CDN with no compensation. Also some of our food spoiled. I could go on and on. The positives. The washing machine worked as did the coffee pot. Although very annoying to bother our kind neighbours to get our milk out of their fridge in the morning. Shame on us we rented without seeing reviews b/c there were none. Now we know why. Andrew doesnt give access on Vrbo to give reviews. Thats why Im doing it here. On a final note Andrew sent a repair person the day before we were to leave.

Unit BB3 not as advertisedThe property is advertised as a fully equipped luxury villa, which it is not. Upon arrival the fridge was making an excessive amount of noise so we contacted Andrew(Our first request to him was responded to late as h stated he doesn't check the VRBO communication site often and prefers to communicate through WhatsApp) he arranged for a repairman to attend our unit and to bring some glasses and dish towels as they were non existent. I had also mentioned that a couple of lights were burnt out and asked for replacements, which he promised, but they never appeared for the balance of our stay(six nights). The repairman removed the fan, leaving us without a fridge, we had perishables which we asked some neighbors if they could store them till the next day, which if only for one night would have been acceptable. The repairman returned late the next day with a used part which he installed, the noise went away and after 11 hours we were finally able to freeze water in the freezer, but the fridge portion never got back to even keeping things cool, so we had to throw out our perishables and start eating at restaurants which wasn't our plan. We advised that the dishwasher wasn't working and were told they would look at it and never did. This wouldn't have been the end of the world if the hot water was working in the kitchen but it looked like someone had removed the heater under the sink, left the exposed wires and never replaced it, so we ended up having to boil water to wash the dishes (at a luxury fully equipped unit). We kept asking Andrew specific questions about moving us to another unit or some form of financial compensation for all our troubles, but after repeated attempts with the same questions we never received a response. We did recieve an number of "sorry for the inconvenience", but no responses to our very direct questions. We were extremely disappointed ending our vacation at this location mainly because of the property not meeting the advertising and Andrew's lack of response to our direct questions. When he did respond to our first issue by sending a repairman and the glasses we thought things would improve but that certainly was not the case. The couch cushions were stained as well. It's obvious that nobody is inspecting this place to insure that it meets the standards of a "fully equipped luxury unit. The poolside bar is there but has obviously not been used for sometime and there is maintenance required on the pool deck floor boards to make it safe. It is clear from the site where this unit is advertised that Andrew is responsible for a number of units in this complex, I sure hope that they are truly fully equipped.
