  disappointing

  Unfortunately my experience at Tramonto su Assisi was very bad. We thought we would be in a quiet place, but it turned out to be a nightmare. As soon as we arrived, we were told there would be a party in the evening (too late to inform people). After spending the evening in Perugia until 2 AM we came back looking forward to sleep. When we arrived we found hundreds of young people partying with loud house music: we were shocked. I phoned the manager of the place and she apologized, but that was not enough. The noise continued until 4.30 am and we could not sleep. They did not charge us for the first night, but did not admit their fault: they kept on saying that the party was meant to last until 1 am and with "only" 100 people, but we objected you cannot rent the place for parties if you accept guests at the hotel, because people have the right to sleep. In addition to that, during the morning workers were cleaning up the area around the swimming pool to get rid of the mess left by the party and we could not enjoy the relax we were looking for. I think the place in general could be pretty but the management shows lack of experience and no respect towards guests. They should either receive guests or rent the place for party when no guests is in!!!!!!

  Great!

  We had a very nice stay here. The owners are very friendly and you realy find yourself welcome. Also our dog, a vizsla, who is like a child for us had a great time. We would very much recommand this place!

  Great place to relax!

  Run by a friendly family, this B&B is ideal to visit Umbria and the surroundings. It is central to major places such as Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto, Gubbio, Todi, Spello and lake Trasieno, to say a few. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. The view is stunning, and the place is very comfortable. And if there is something you need, just ask. The owner will be more than pleased to accommodate your requirements. There is a nice swimming pool, not for long stokes, but as a refreshing place after a long day of sightseeing. It is now well signposted, hence I recommend to download the itinerary from your favourite travel app and you will find it very easily.
