  Not a biker hotel

  I went to Annaberg-Buchholz on my motorcycle to experience the roads in the region. I travel alone and therefore book "Biker hotels", that is hotels that are friendly towards bikers and where you can hang with other bikers in the bar or in the restaurant. Wilder Mann labels itself as a biker hotel, but it is not, not by any means. Its sister hotel out in the countryside is one, but i felt fooled to book wilder mann. It is an excellent hotel for elderly touristing the region. But if you are a biker, go elsewhere.

  , . , , , . , . , . . , , , , . . It's good 3 stars hotel , of course not 4 stars. Breakfast place is small, people sit very tightly. not enough food, sits and plates. In one hour some food finishes completely, for some you have to wait. The variety of food is a bit poor. For 3 stars all these things are okey, you expect it to be like this. But for the 4 stars you expect 4 stats service, and it is not there. Rooms are small with not very fresh carpet. Beds and pillows are comfortable. No AC, it was a warm night and it was not enough air. Had to keep the window open and staff at the back doors were a bit loud after 10 pm, but not for long.

  It is acceptable

  Very good located in the City center. Very friendly staff. Two restaurants are located in this hotel. UInfortunately didn't know the waitress of one of the restaurants that the other is opened. This should not happen. The room has to be locked by key. The room rate was quite high.

  Friendly staff, clean rooms, food ok.

  We stayed here as part of a group so had.a set meal which offered a small choice. Several times I asked for an alternative which was no problem. The room wad spacious and comfortable. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. The location on the market square was good with lovely views and the shops all to hand I would happily return here.

  Has the Potential to be Very Good

  My wife and I stayed here during the Christmas Market Season. Our room was large and looked directly upon the square. The furniture seemed lower than everywhere else we stayed in Germany. Noticeably so because my knees when I sat down were almost chest high. This was apparent even when I sat on the bed. The refrigerator/mini bar was not cold. Highs were the friendly staff, the excellent in house restaurant, and the convenient location. Beautiful Christmas Market. Breakfast was average.
