OwnerWe stay here every year. The remodeling was a great renovation of the rooms. Then it was hit by hurricanes back to back years. Since then they have done an excellent job of fixing the damage! The rooms are nice and have most every type of cooking utensil in the room if you want to cook in your room. Just a few feet away they have gas grills for cooking out on nice little picnic tables for an intimate dining. One word is the spices you need to supply yourself. They do not keep them when you leave. The rooms are adequately supplied with towels for beach life. The pool is nice and spacious seating around the pool. The rooms are very comfortable.

Small & older but very well keptThe efficiency is small with a mini kitchenette but the staff are friendly and take great care of the condos. They knocked on the door every morning for a towel exchange & to get additional supplies, if needed. I have stayed at a lot of properties but never had that happen before. Great pool area but the beach is small and a wierd color. Unfortunately the waves were too wild the entire week to go into the ocean but it made for a beautiful view.

Hidden GemWe spent a week here & had a great time. The hotel is small, 5 stories, 40 units, but this was a plus for us. No hustle & bustle. The staff were super friendly & efficient. The units available are studios (called Jr Suite in most places), & 1 bedroom, 2 bath units. All units are direct oceanfront, no side view units. There is plenty of parking & the Publix shopping center is almost directly across the street. definitely walking distance. The studio unit we stayed in was very clean, well maintained and consisted of a kitchenette, main room, bath, sitting room with TV and a spacious balcony. The main bed is queen sized and there is a pullout in the sitting room. Plenty of room for 2 people but will sleep 4. The grounds are well maintained & consist of a very nice pool/spa, right on the beach, BBQ stations & spacious well manicured lawns. Very attractive. Only thing it didn't have was a dish washer otherwise it was fully equipped. We will definitely be back as we live in Ocala

Adequate...No Bells And WhistlesThis is not a luxurious timeshare. Adequate...No Bells And Whistles! They probably have not updated the rooms since the 80's /90's. We stayed in a one bedroom with an adequately comfortable full bed. They make you do a walk through and inventory all of the household supplies and threaten to charge you for any items that turn up missing...Yet they do a linen exchange where they are supposed to return the same linen items ...cleaned... that you place in your laundry bag outside your door. Once, they left out items I had provided to them in my dirty laundry bag. Another time they failed to leave any clean items after one of my laundry drops. The front office staff are horrible. I had to go get the replacements from the front desk even though it was their facilty that made the mistake. Technically they could charge you for those items that they fail to return to you...so you need to monitor what comes and goes like a hawk. Even so...the housekeeping staff are very nice and work very hard. We tipped or maid quite generously. They claim to have a laundry facility on site... yet they do not have any change, and... the machines require $2 worth of quarters. They claimed that due to covid the banks are "reluctant" to give them any change. I think that the resort staff are the ones who are reluctant to go to the bank. I actually believe they could care less about providing you with change. ...Okay then...either make the machines free ...or upgrade to machines that take credit cards or provide a change machine. The machines are quite antiquated and this is a scam so they can say they have a laundry on site. We went to an outside laundromat to do our laundry. If you don't leave by 10 am on your last day they charge you an additional $25 (if you are out by 11am.) Otherwise... If you stay past 11 am they charge you for a full extra day. When I balked at their 10 am checkout the receptionist began to lecture me with this introductory statement..."We are a timeshare..." I pretty much stay at timeshares exclusively and have found them to be very flexible about checkout times...much more so than hotels for the most part...so her argument is ridiculous. Now...you have to leave a credit card for incidentals ...and that is their ticket to charging you additional fees. If you can put up with the BS... it is a comfortable, clean place. The pool area is very nice. I would stay here again because it was peaceful and not crowded... and off the beaten track. They have a nice deck on the second floor for sunning and lounging. Other then that... you are on your own..and forget about any customer service...that must be a dinosaur ...like the building itself. We accidently took the keys with us but returned them at 1:30 pm that same day. They had already charged our credit card an $80 fee and refused to refund it. If they had key cards this would not be a problem. We tried very hard to follow all the rules and avoid extra charges and fees...but still they managed to scam us! The bottom line is that this place has no penchant of any kind regarding hospitality and it seems that they are out to nickel and dime you. They are very rigid and inflexible. Buyer beware.

Great little place to stay!Really clean place! I mean manicured! Older place but very well maintained. Beautiful ocean views from your balcony. Pool is quite large for a small hotel. Nice big hot tub. Grills for outside grilling with picnic table. I would definitely stay here again! This is no fancy place, but cleanliness goes a long way with us! Friendly and helpful staff!
