  We have just returned from this fabulous Hotel We stayed Thursday /Saturday. We were concerned having read some of the reviews just what we were going too!!! Amazing from the time you check in until you check out.EVERY member of staff were smiley, friendly and professional. There is so many quirky things to see outside and the cleanliness and decor inside is outstanding. We travel a lot and this Hotel is up there with some of the best we've stayed .... Well done Team Tracy Park thanks for a great stay,we'll be back in the summer...

  Family Sunday lunch

  Took our family of six for Sunday lunch carvery Could not fault the food, we all thoroughly enjoyed it along with some nice wine The staff were friendly and efficient This is a great setting to enjoy a relaxing family get together Will definitely come back

  A little disappointing

  Our room was not especially well cleaned before our arrival and having pointed this out to reception on our second evening, nothing was done before our departure. At the point of checking out, we were erroneously billed for food, which was included in our deal and for drinks, which we had not ordered at the bar. A beautiful setting but needs more attention to detail.

  Amazing wedding venue, excellent staff, beautiful rooms and delicious food

  We cannot recommend Tracy Park enough if you are planning a wedding or special occasion. All of the staff are so attentive and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. They are well organised and co-ordination on the day was perfect. The food was outstanding and the hotel beautiful as well as being spotlessly clean. Manager Greg and wedding coordinator Michaela offered us the flexibility that we needed on the run up to our big day due to the developing situation with Covid 19. We were lucky to have squeezed in our wedding just in time. Thank you to all at Tracy Park!

  could of been a 5

  i originally booked a break here before the covid outbreak and had to re-book to September which was understandable and also fine with me. the room i originally booked was upgraded because i didnt cancel the original booking which was a really nice touch. the check in was fine and the room very nice so no complaints at all there. bath Center is about 10 mins away or a 12/15 quid taxi ride which is reasonable. now the first issue here was my original booking included full english each day, the hotel is closed and the choice was a bacon sandwich or a pastry in a bag which to be honest isnt really a good substitute, yes i understand the kitchen may be operating on a limited basis but that was a bit of a shame but ok fair enough I suppose. my main issue was on our first night back a light tripped in the room at 10.30pm and there was no staff on hand until 8.30ish the following morning so aside sit in a dark room it meant a forced early night which was actually quite poor to be honest. of i was elderly or had children that in my view wouldn't be close to acceptable. the chap in the morning was very nice and he did fix things quite quickly however lack of staff meant that our idea of an early morning start was put on the shelf due to not enough staff again. no one answering the phones no one in sight. not very good. this hotel could of really excelled here instead of making silly mistakes and I appreciate while both of these things are out of their control it didn't really help us relax as we wanted. lovley room, staff nice, breakfast should of been better and there should be a night porter. wanted to rate a 5 but the small issues let it down.
