  As Toyoko Inns go, above average

  The standard Toyoko Inn experience, but the property is slightly newer, so the rooms a bit fresher. The staff have been very friendly, but I think their English is perhaps limited. Sagamihara itself is not that nice an area - a few too many seedy bars - but I'm right by the train station, although the morning rush into Yokohama is not recommended for tourists!

  In front of the station

  I stayed for a week for business purpose and other guests seemed to stay for business use mainly.In front of the Sagamihara Station, this hotel is convenient to go to Sagamihara Area.Located near the station, there are many shops and restaurants and convenience stores.The station has a shopping mall which is not so big, but has many shops.Like other Toyoko Inn, this hotel met minimum requirement for stay.Room was small but clean and well kept. Breakfast and paper, wifi were free.Building was new. Less than 5 minutes walk from the station, location is good.

  Nice hotel

  The Toyoko-inn Is a nice friendly hotel near the train Fuchinobe station, and 10 min walk to ISAS the Japanese space institute. The rooms are simple and clean and they have all the basic necessities including a small refrigerator. The Japanese style breakfast are plentiful and full filling, includes rice, miso soup, Japanese vegetables, rice cakes, coffee, tea and juice (7-9:30am every morning) and included in the room price. Become a member of the Toyoko hotel free membership and you get a promotional rate as you check in. Overall is a comfortable clean hotel with service with a smile.

  Had a great stay

  We stayed 2 nights in Toyoko Inn Sagamihara for a work related trip. Conveniently located near the train station, it is a great option for a stay. Breakfast spread is pretty decent. Get a membership card if you plan to stay in major cities in Japan on your trip. You get member discounts up to 10% and the card costs 1500 yen so it pays off if you book for 2 nights or more. The room was nice and spacious. Toyoko Inn is a great chain. They seemed to have worked out the value for money formula and are always in great locations close to train stations in all major cities.

  Nice Business Hotel

  This hotel is adjacent to JR-Sagamihara Station. It is just a short walk from outside the station and near to the level crossing. Rooms are decent sized and the buffet breakfast has tea, coffee, juice, omlette, sushi and other delicacies. They also provide umbrellas for taking out if you're a guest. Room has tea kettle, locker, TV, humidifier, and nightclothes for you to change into.
