    Personal muy amable

    El hotel tiene buena ubicación con la estación de Hiroshima central a unis metros lo peor el desayuno no había mucho variedad pero es el típico Japonés, un poco de arroz sopa de miso, vegetales y poco más. Eso si, muy cómodas las camas y almohadas, dormimos genial los dos días que nos alojamos aquí. El check in es a las 4 y el check out es a las 10. El personal súper amable pero como es habitual en Japón su nivel de inglés es bajo/inexistente.

    Very good location

    Just like other Toyoko Inns, the rooms and facilities are exactly the same, so there's nothing unexpected about what this hotel has to offer. The location is very good and near to the shinkansen section of Hiroshima station. Reception staff service is also very good and although they cannot speak English very well, the staff would speak into the ipad and have what they say translated to me and I will do the same. Hotel breakfast starts only at 7am and there are many people including businessmen who need to swallow a quick breakfast before heading out, so the crowd actually builds up at the restaurant seating area from 6.45am onwards and about 5 mins to 7 they start to queue. It is quite overwhelming but very orderly. I love the breakfast - Japanese fare with the lovely onigiri. It's something I look forward to everytime I stay at Toyoko Inn. The price is very reasonable too.

    had 2 twin rooms very comfortable. breakfast good as normal. staff nice and helpful. close to shuttle buses for touring city. close to train station as normal this one for the shinkansen. would stay here again, but several in city to chooses from

    Typical businessmens hotel

    A great economical place with free Japanese breakfast. The rooms are compact but efficient -- clean and comfortable with enough space for working on laptop computers. LAN connection as well as WI-FI in all rooms and lobby area. Humidifier available in the room. Helpful friendly staff. Join the Toyoko Inn membership and get free stay for every 10 in 250+ Toyoko Inns throughout Japan and now expanding in Asia and Internationally. They hold the Guiness worlds record for most rooms and are growing even bigger. Turn left when you get out of the Shinkansen gates and youll see the Toyoko Inn across the street. Walk across the way on the 2nd level pedestrian walkway. A short 5-10 minute walk.

    Great for Japanese businessmen, less for tourists

    Booked because of the fantastic location and the attractive price. Indeed the location is ideal-2 minutes walk from the Shinkansen station. The room was small, the bathroom smaller- but I adore Japanese efficiency and minimalist design. The included Japanese breakfast was simple and tasty. Staff was very polite and smiling. But... the bed was hard as rock, the pillow harder. I just couldnt sleep. The public area wifi did not work. The lobby had no Sofa or armchair for guests to sit. The bottom line- probably a great hotel for Japanese businessmen compared to their capsules alternatives. For tourists- i recommend to look for a better choice.
