  Value for money

  Double beds are a bit small but comfortable. The room is clean and spacious and best of all - has a bathtub! You could park right in front of the room. Didnt try the food at the premises do no comment. Will stay again if I m in Wollongong.

  Great motel hotel bistro very poor

  I will keep this short, ordered 1 garlic bread and 2 nachos, took 1 hour to get the garlic bread with 2 beef burgers , there mistake, they said they will fix it, then watched 8 nachos go out before we got ours another 45 minutes later, so I stood there and waited to remind them it was there mistake and we first ordered our meal at 715 and it is now 9 oclock, not good sorry.

  A weekend of entertainment good food accomodation and super friendly staff

  Stayed there to see a band , lively location with great entertainment. Motel accommodation was very good , super friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed lunch and dinner at the bistro . Once we arrived we had no need to get back in our car till we had to leave. Bottle shop , Restaurant , VIP room , plus Waves nightclub . For families there is a great play area for the kids .

  BE CAREFUL. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CHEATERS.

  I have booked 2 rooms in this hotel for 20th December, 2020. I made the booking on 13th July, 2020 (Booking ID ##59679396) through choicehotels.com web site. But when I checked the reservation now(10th Dec, 2020), I noticed that the reservation has been cancelled by the hotel. Neither I have got any email/phone or other communication regarding this cancellation, nor I was provided with an alternative booking. When I spoke with the hotel they are saying that they have cancelled all the reservations due to a hotel renovation and they cannot provide an alternative reservation since all the places around are expensive and cannot match the price. Very unprofessional, unfair service of Comfort Inn Towradgi Beach. It's really really disappointing to see cheating on customers by a well known hotel chain like Comfort Inn like this.

  Im literally lying in our bed at 7.30 am listening to the man in the room nexts door conversation on his phone, its like he is in our room. Our night started of well the room was clean and comfortable and it looked like the bathroom had been recently renovated. We were waiting in our room and then heard a breaking sound, looked out our door and some kid had thrown a tea cup out from the kids area onto the driveway. Once we went to the restaurant we enjoyed out meal the pizza was amazing, if you could ignore the children running around the establishment you would have a good night.back in our room ur shower was amazing. The beds were a bit small and the room was bright, curtains would block out light and noise. We were awoken by some guy on his phone at midnight. Slept well though but now listening to our neighbour he is on his third phone call organising hay to sell. My son loved the free wifi
