    Friendly welcome, Christine was very accomodating regarding breakfast as I wanted to leave early, but breakfast is far and beyond what budget guest houses from full - veggie options, even salmon and eggs very clean throughout, the ceiling in the communal breakfast room was a pleasant touch my single was £40 should have been a bit more. Thanks

    Everything you want in a bed and breakfast. Super clean super breakfast super hosts. Easy walk into town,worth saving the premium of a town centre location. Easy to find on the main route into town. Parking on the road right outside

    Such a lovely, homely and comfortable stay. Really clean. We stayed as a family of four-2 teenage boys, myself and my husband. Ample space in our room, boys were happy, we were happy. Id 100% recommend this b&b whether youre on your own, couples or families

    Excellent bed and breakfast

    I booked this hotel for my parents on a family visit to Carlisle and visited the premises with them. Lovely clean and well appointed place with good comfy rooms. The lady owner was very nice and professional. The breakfasts were outstanding according to my parents, who are not easily pleased, and I will definitely be using myself in the future. Highly recommended and within a short walk of the centre of Carlisle.

    A perfect location and a warm welcome

    I had a really lovely stay at this b&b. It was super-easy to find and a short walk from the centre of Carlisle. I slept incredibly well as the bed was really comfy and the location quiet, even with a window open. My room was clean and had everything I needed; tea, coffee, shampoo, hair-dryer, etc. Breakfast was really delicious and a variety of breakfast choices was available, including vegetarian. All in all, it was a lovely visit and I would definitely stay again.
