  Excellent hotel, great staff

  Great, enthusiastic staff, truly professional. They really care about their guests. This is one of the hotels where staff from other Marriott hotels should come for training. Breakfast completely full of everything that is supposed to be there, I have not seen that at any other hotel. Excellent location, in heart of Windsor and close to the tunnel if you are going to Detroit. Nice spacious rooms.

  Total Redemption

  I stayed here about two years ago and submitted a mediocre review. I gave the hotel a second chance recently and was blown away at the improvements. Firstly, the employee that checked me in was amazing. She was very friendly, personable, and enthusiastic. The check-in was quick and COVID safe. My room was absolutely spotlessly clean. I do a cleanliness check when I get in a new room and I couldn't find a spec of dirt or unclean surface. Even the remote felt like it was scrubbed clean. The room itself was in good repair and everything in the room functioned as expected. My room had a huge desk, which is a big plus for me. My room was very quiet and I had a very restful sleep. The free breakfast was basic, but much better than some other hotels are offering during COVID. The front desk employee that gave me breakfast and checked me out was very friendly and personable. I am looking forward to my next stay.

  Home Away From Home

  Spent a couple of nights here while in Windsor for work. Large spacious room, very comfortable and clean. The staff was helpful and welcoming. Nice location in downtown Windsor, would have been a bit nicer if more things had been open, but that was not something that could be helped.

  The Comforts of Home when Away from Home.

  Towne Suites is a well appointed home away from home for an extended stay with all the amenities one could ask for (comfortable bed and linens, fully stocked kitchenette with dishwasher, full sized desk, etc.). Great hospitality as the staff are amazingly attentive. With such attention to detail it's a hotel experience worth returning to.

  This is the second time Ive stayed at this hotel and both times it was great. I would have to say the best part besides the great rooms and cleanliness has to be your afternoon worker ALYSSA she goes above and beyond.Ive stayed at many hotels and this hotel is at the VERY top of my list Alyssa makes you feel LIKE YOUR FRIENDS of the hotel it is refreshing to see someone who loves their job. You have one great worker with her
