  Needs More than a little Attention

  Needed a 2BR suite as two of us were travelling and decided we didn't need separate $300/night hotel rooms. Since when has Va Beach (inland) become NY Priced? Well, for that rate I'd expect better than we got. The suite was suitable - relatively clean but loads of neglected maintenance issues - (e.g door frames coming off the wall, closet bars loose, kitchen floors a mess). I won't fault the place IF there is a renovation expected. Signage is broken and faded and don't bother with the communal grill...it was very gross. Being near Town Center - there are numerous restaurants and bars in the area. You won't need to use the kitchen. The full sized fridge did come in handy. I did let the GM know our concerns - nothing was refunded but hopefully it was cause some action. It's not the worst we've seen - but it wasn't great either.

  Super friendly and accomodating!!

  I always book here once a year for a stop off on our annual beach trip. The staff is super friendly and accommodating as evidenced by Curtis who fixed my reservation last minute when it showed only one room versus the two room suite I reserved. Curtis saved the day! The location is perfect. Quietly by itself away from the hubbub but close enough to gas, shopping and restaurants should you need. I will book here every year for as long as we go to the OBX. Ps. I am a business traveler that frequents hotels > 60 nights a year. This is a solid property. Clean and well maintained with a nice outdoor pool if you are into that sort of thing.

  Quiet Place for a Night Sleep

  While this hotel is quite a distance to drive to the Virginia Beach shores, it is worth it. Nice and well kept hotel and the staff is amazingly polite and helpful. On our first day of stay, there was an issue with the bathroom. The service guy could not fix it. The front desk was very accommodating so they moved us to another suite. Breakfast was more than ordinary. The young lady serving at the kitchen was a very pleasant person to talk to. I will surely stay at this hotel again when in the area.

  Hidden Gem

  This place is a hidden gem in Virginia Beach. I love this place and will for sure return. Nice well kept property, and one of the most outstanding staff you will ever meet. Sincere, warm and welcoming. Meet Vivian, Elizabeth, and Carlos and the rest of the Town Place Marriott Virginia Beach family. They are truly one of a kind. My wife and I are very blessed to meet them and stay at their hotel.

  Great for long stay!

  The beds are exceptionally comfortable and the air conditioner worked wonderfully. The kitchen was small yet fully able to handle anything I needed to cook. Laundry was adequate yet small: never a wait. The pool and gym were closed due to COVID. The staff was very accommodating and professional. Mail delivery was not an issue.
