  Nice hotel, rude staff, manager who hides from guests.

  The hotel is nice but the front desk is both rude and extremely unhelpful. When my wife was given a hard time checking in, I spoke to the front desk person who continually interrupted me. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told she wasn't available, so I left my number and she never called. So either the front desk lack integrity and are not passing along messages to the manager or the manager is lacking customer service and not willing to interface with customers. I called Marriott directly, waited on hold for 20 minutes and hung up. So if you stay at the hotel and have no issues then great. But if you do have any issue then too bad for you, the front desk will be rude, the manager will hide from you and Marriott corporate will try not to help. Worst experience I've had with a Marriott hotel and I stay about 80 nights a year in a hotel. Up to this point I've performed mostly Marriott properties, there are so many others to choose from I see no reason to stay at a hotel chain that is going to be rude to my wife.

  Good location ~ Good Stay

  We wanted a 2 bedroom suite to travel with another couple. I found TownePlace Suites online and felt the rates were good. I want to say first of all every employee we came into contact with was very friendly and gracious. There was a sign on the front door to wear a mask. Most people were accomodating, not all. They did tell us about the free breakfast but we did not partake. We brought our own snack foods, as we felt it was safer that way. The room noted their COVID clean up efforts but we wiped down all door knobs, switches, remotes, phones anyway. The room appeared to be very clean. Housekeeping does not come in but you can request anything you need. We went downstairs to get additional towels and washcloths. Our only "complaints" if you even want to call it that. There is only 1 bathroom for two bedrooms. We made it work but was surprised. The beds indicate that are queen size beds. These are not queen size beds. They are full beds. But we enjoyed the hotel and the location.

  The GM Lisa Francis was hateful on many occasions to multiple in my party. She hung up on phone calls and walked away from conversation. We became frightened to approach her! Victoria was wonderful! We will never stay there again. Spent almost 3000.00

  Nice place to stay in Broken Arrow

  Stayed 4 nights in a King studio on 3rd floor for work. Pros: Staff seems nice and helpful. Good location. Room fairly clean. Full size fridge and microwave. Comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet still on even during Covid times (good variety including packaged oatmeal, bagels, waffle maker, biscuit & gravy, yogurt, fruit, etc). Cons: Hotel showing its age. Soap holder fell from wall. Difficulty getting into small gym as room key did not work. Room AC did not work well (programed to be at 70 degrees, but only cool to 73-74 degrees). Small bathroom. Thin walls/floor/ceiling as steps from room above or hallway can be heard. Low water pressure in bathroom. Overall, nice place with some little problems. Nice staff and breakfast.

  Nice Hotel! Nice Staff!

  I was pleasantly surprised during my recent visit to the TownePlace Suites in Broken Arrow. I have been hesitant to go to a hotel during the Pandemic. But, I found this hotel to be very clean. And, the staff seem to really care about guest satisfaction. I had several encounters with the Manager Lisa. And, each time she was friendly & professional. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone staying in the area.
