  We were treated with royalty and respect

  My front agents were Ciera, Lexus and Renee, they made the check out and check in process very professional and smooth. The customer service met our needs. My breakfast attendant was Stephanie and Thomas. They provided plenty of options and there hospitality was great. They all made my birthday celebration a wonderful experience. I have recommend Towne place suites to all my family and friends.We will be coming back soon!

  Great place and great staff

  I was visiting the TownePlace for business and was very impressed. Everything was very neat clean. The breakfast was very good and maintained very well. The front desk personnel, Colean and Stephanie were always very attentive. They always greeted me with a smile and a kind word. If the coffee was getting low, they actually listened for the sound the carafe made when it got near the bottom, and they immediately replaced it with fresh coffee.

  Extended Stay While Home Was Restored

  We were treated with upmost respect from day one when we unexpectedly had to check into TownePlace Suites at 5 a.m. by the customer service front desk attendant that was on duty, Trisha. We had to move from our home sweet home to get necessary restorations done. Rayvin gave us top notch room service and made absolutely sure that that our impression of TownePlace Suites was first class. Stephanie fed us hot excellent breakfast meals with a smile. Montica was always pleasant when I requested plastic bags or toilet paper in the wee hours of the morning, as was Trisha and Steven. Jermaine was expeditious in acquiring scissors one evening when I needed to cut some paper items. Cierra contacted management at once per a request I had, Cindy was always pleasant and helpful as was Lexi, and Renee as front desk attendants. Colleen was most pleasant, outstanding, and courteous, as the front desk attendant also. I must say Jamie, the Asst Manager of the TownePlace Suites treated us with high honor and true southern hospitality as did his staff. I observed and really appreciated the respect and honor that Jamie showed his employees and guests as he interacted as a true southern gentleman. That really resonated high regards in my mind's eye. We have been here from 30 Dec 2019 to 31 Jan 2020 thus far. Par excellent guest service, guest care, guest support, guest friendly... Stay one night, you will be pleased and appreciated.

  Outstanding customer satisfaction.

  My family and I have been staying at Townerplace Suites since 3 Feb and it's been a pleasant experience. However, I would like to single Montica who has gone above and beyond to make sure our stay is memorable.

  ALWAYS SATISFIED WITH MY STAY

  Last night was the second time I have stayed at this property. The staff is always nice and welcoming. Montica at check in was quick and attentive. I was also provided a late check out with no inconvenience. The suites are always laid out so nice and spotless.
