  Very nice accommodation

  We needed to get away from the smoke in California and chose St. George as our getaway location. We have stayed with Staybridge before because: 1-we have a dog and 2-we need two rooms. This Staybridge is new. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. We ate food we brought from home the first two nights and then did take out the second two. The breakfast I workable. We picked it up and brought it back to the room. However, we could have eaten in the very lovely patio area or inside the sunroom. The pool, patio, and sport court are very nice and were popular with the guests. I didn't use gym. I did my yoga in our room (a little apartment really) and we hiked every day. The covid-19 rules were mostly observed. Utah is a mask optional state, so keep that in mind.

  Needs a complete overhaul

  I read the reviews before making this reservation to stay in St. George. Most of the reviews were very positive so I was very surprised to see the room when we arrived. Yes, the staff and pool were great but besides that the choice of food was poor. There was no hot food and the pastries were stale, and no fruit. I am not sure if it was because of covid but disappointed. The first room 214 was a disaster. It had two queen beds but the tv was on a side wall which could not be seen from anywhere in the room except for right in front of it. Even then the tv was on it was too dark to see even closing the curtains. It was the election so we were interested in the results. They very nicely upgraded us to a two-bedroom where we could view the election. Overall I would say that the place needs a lot of work. I am not sure of other places in St. George, maybe this is the norm but still surprised that it was a Marriott. I could not recommend this place.

  Full kitchen to avoid COVID

  To avoid COVID exposure, we brought dinner with us to heat up in the room. They had a full kitchen in the room. Refrigerator/Freezer, Stove, Microwave, dishwasher, and dishes. Everything worked as planned as we make our stop crossing southern Utah. They offered a free breakfast, nothing fancy, just danishes, coffee, juice, fruit. I would recommend the hotel. They had free Wall Street Journals in the lobby.

  Clean and Friendly

  Quick getaway for hiking and sight seeing. Great location. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Will stay again. Many restaurants nearby and shopping venues. Close to highway and not far from Zion National Park.

  Nice clean Marriott property

  With COVID forcing many changes to the hospitality world - this property has done a great job. Our room was nice and clean upon arrival. Breakfast wasn't warm, but there were a number of packaged options. The pool offered a nice distancing opportunity for the kids.
