  Excellent Staff

  The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful, accommodating and friendly. The price is reasonable for the suites. Great view. I was on a 20 hour drive and had a dog with me and decided to stop and rest and everyone was very helpful. I would definitely stop here when I am traveling through Scranton area again.

  Look elsewhere if you can!

  Just to keep it short as possible. If you're looking for exceptional services, it's definitely and I absolutely mean definitely not here. If wearing masks do to covid-19 concern you then don't stay here. It's not something that is enforced, even some staff members don't wear masks. The service is very average, the rooms were definitely not cleaned good. I found a clock under my bed and a flip flop under the bed of another room. All discovered items are probably still there, because I wasn't touching it lol.The tv's either don't work properly or are difficult to use for some strange reason. They do the very bare minimum here. You'll see either coming in or once you get settled in your unsanitzied room. There was only one lady who worked overnight a couple nights who made our stay a little better. She seemed to care. If you choose to stay, please bring plenty of patience and disinfect to clean major parts of the room yourself.

  Dirty!

  Just stayed there one night with my family. Did not get any acknowledgement as a Platinum member during the check in. Had to ask for an upgrade. Next morning asked for the late checkout and was told no in empty hotel. Had to remind again of my membership and was provided after this. But the main issue is that the room was simply dirty!!! it did not felt clean when we walked in. And than... huge hairball in the corner of the bathroom with the spiders making their nest already. And sheets on the one of the beds with a big spot of the unknown origin going thru to the matress!!! I wish I made a picture, but my wife was so upset that I needed to calm her down. Found some other sheets in the closet and called down to ask if they clean? An nswer was yes, even I am not sure. And "your sheets on the bed are also clean". Nothing else to say here. Could not wait to get out!

  POOL AND SPA ADVERTISED BUT CLOSED!

  False advertisement in my opinion. I understand that it did need to be closed until the DOH released guidelines for re-opening, but almost all other hotels have opened their pools. I have been at this hotel for over a month now, for work, and I strongly believe the staff are just LAZY. Housekeeping is almost nonexistent, the front desk helpers are always lounging in lounge areas or out of sight, and the amenities they advertise are not true. 90% of people look forward to the pool/spa area above all else when staying in hotels. This hotel does not care about customer satisfaction.

  Be careful there are thieves on staff

  I stayed at the property for business for a 5 days and did not get room service. However, someone came into my room and took so personal items from me. When asked about it no one at the front desk was knowledgeable or concern to look into the thief. Be careful.
