  Stayed in a King suite. First impressions: The entry door had largeish chunks of peeling paint that had recently been painted over and so did all of the other nearby doors. Upon entry, wow it has a dishwasher! Its actually a suite aka mini apartment. Full size fridge, mini dishwasher, full oven with a glass top. No dining table though just a computer/workstation style desk and a mini love seat. King size bed came with plenty of pillows, what appeared to be clean sheets (former hotel employee here so I know how often sheets dont actually get changed and the duvet/blanket HA I doubt that it was laundered) and NO sign bedbugs. After sleeping in the bed for two night I can confidently say that the bed was extremely uncomfortable - tossed and turned both nights. Fixtures are dated - no charging ports and limited areas to plug things in around the bed and in the bathroom. No bathroom fan so yeah. Relatively quiet hotel but room layout/wall thickness is questionable - heard the neighbors shower at 6am and it was ridiculously loud. No issues with the free parking outside. Didnt try the breakfast as there were awesome options to try in town. So, if youre on a budget its not a bad option. Probably great for families with kids, had what seemed to be a nice pool, and for people in town for extended stays visiting the clinic not a bad location right off the highway. Definitely didnt think it was rated correctly at 3 stars though. There are better 3 star options in town some with better walkability to food, entertainment, and shopping.

  Good Reliable Hotel with Breakfast included

  This is a good reliable hotel with suite rooms, with nice facilities including a fitness room and pool. The suites provide a little more room than a typical hotel. My suite had a separate bedroom and bath, which allowed me to get work done at a large desk in the living area, separate from the bedroom. The location is convenient - essentially across the street from the Mayo NW clinic location and a nearby shopping area with numerous restaurants nearby. The breakfast buffet in the morning was very welcome and better than most - served 6am - 9am on weekdays.

  A little shabby

  We stayed in a two bedroom suite. There is paint peeling on one bedroom door, the door doesnt fit in the bathroom and scrapes the floor when opening/closing, and the light in the bathroom flickered so much that it could be seizure inducing in people sensitive to that. The woman at the front desk wore a political campaign mask which, honestly, arent we all sick of the election? Seemed very unprofessional to be slapped with that every time we walked in. The air conditioner is either blazing hot or freezing. There is no comfortable in between. It does seem clean and a 10.00 card is given to be spent in the pantry. Twice when we went to pick up the to go breakfast no one was at the front desk so we havent received one yet. There is a nice exercise room for which an appointment needs to be made. Overall, we will probably just rent two rooms somewhere else. This one is a disappointment.

  Pretty Decent

  It wasnt bad, it wasnt great. The staff were friendly and it was pretty clean. They offer a deal for anyone who is in town for appointments that includes $10 to use at their pantry, which was very nice. It was certainly a good value for what we paid.

  Excellent as always

  This is a very clean hotel that takes the Covid protocols seriously. And the suites are well equipped with a very complete kitchen. I had stayed the night before in a Fairfield inn and their Grab and Go breakfast bag was a joke. I was happy to see that at this TownePlace I was given a list of foods to choose from. I was almost immediately given a bag with the food I ordered. Great place to stay!
