  Fantastic Stay!!! Fantastic Customer Service!!!

  Andrew checked me in. He recognized me as a Marriott Bonvoy Silver Elite member and welcomed me to the property. I was also selected as the guest of the day which was a pleasant surprise!!! I got to select two complimentary items from the market and I was given extra Marriott Bonvoy points. That made my evening. You could tell that the property was pretty new. The room was super clean and decorated so nicely. The lighting was perfect!!! There wasn't a single issue with my room. I was an amazing stay. I will definitely come back for another stay. Kudos to the staff at the Towneplace Suites Pittsburgh Airport for such outstanding hospitality!!!

  The Best Hotel in Coraopolis

  I enjoyed staying here for 2 weeks. This place is a walking distance to the mall, a few minutes to Walmart and Target. Resto abounds the nearby locale and right next to the hotel is IHOP. The place is very safe even if you forget your expensive belonging inside the car nobody will take it away. Justin, the best front desk clerk, young and handsome. Its Covid so the breakfast consists of a grab and go bag (bagel, chewy healthy cookies and orange). It has a big and clean pool, the laundry room has lots of washer and dry. The ambience is trendy. Hope to come back one day. Happy memories.

  Dirty Hotel, Rude Staff

  I'll start off by saying we are Marriott Gold Elite customers and have stayed at a lot of Marriott hotels. We checked in at around 9pm at night. We got to our room and found that the bed was stained and dirty. We ended up having to switch rooms 4 TIMES before we found a room that was at least clean enough to sleep in. Even then, the room we ended up in still had hair in the beds, blood staining the shower curtain, urine on the toilet seat, some sort of brown stain on the light switches in the kitchen, and the sponge and soap were used and opened under the kitchen sink. The night time desk clerk seemed extremely embarrassed and did what she could to try and rectify the situation (credited our pet fee, gave free items from the market, upgraded the room type, and tried to credit us back some points). However, the morning desk clerk was EXTREMELY rude when I checked out and asked if the points refund had been submitted. She seemed like it was a bother that I even talked to her. The night time clerk had also said that breakfast went until "a little after 9am". I went out at 9:02 am and everything was gone. When I asked the morning desk clerk if we could have the bagged breakfast, she nastily said that "breakfast ended at 9". I persisted and she begrudgingly and angrily went and grabbed two bagged breakfasts (that were already made). She didn't even have to make them. She just had to pick them up and hand them to me. I would recommend staying far, far, far away from this hotel.

  Not a Clean Environment

  Stayed here a few weeks ago while in town for a family funeral. I am a Marion Platinum rewards member and rely on the brand as it is typically consistent. Upon arrival we found the hall and elevator floors filthy with trash, food and dirt. Arriving in the room I was astounded by the filth. The light above the table had layers of black grime and dust, the floor had foos on it, he furniture was smeared with God knows what. I called for a vacuum, waited an hour. Then I vacuumed the place. Following I ran to Giant Eagle and purchased cleaning products and gave the room a good cleaning. Still, I reported it to the front desk and asked for a deep cleaning the next day. They were less than helpful stating due to COVID they would not clean until check out. I thought, shouldnt you have cleaned prior to check in due to COVID? They did come, but it wasnt a very good cleaning. I dropped a pretzel the night before and it was still there after they cleaned. So definitely not a deep cleaning. I just want to warn you. With so many Marriott properties in the area...best to avoid this one.

  Better choices besides this hotel

  I have stayed at many Marriott brand hotels over the years. This is not up to standard. Parking spaces not cleared of snow. Only one parking space dedicated to registration and it was occupied by the same old pick up truck my entire stay. Hallway smelled of marijuana. Overall not a very inviting hotel. I have stayed before at the Pittsburgh airport Residence Inn but decided to give this a try since it was newer. That was a mistake. Will not be back.
