  Nice, roomy, close to Ole Miss, our sweet home while in MS

  This is our go to place when in Oxford. It is clean, quiet, about an 8 minute drive to Ole Miss. I like that each room has a true kitchenette, we have a lot of food allergies so we have to bring food or cook when we are traveling. Beds are comfy., rooms are clean, staff is friendly. We will be back in October and will stay here again.

  Yes I stay there allot covering Ole Miss football . I would just like to say that every time I have stayed there the service was unbeatable, including check in, maintenance, and house keeping staff . All very friendly and take care of any needs that has arisen. The man I wish I would have got his name, I think that was over house keeping went totally out of his way to take care with anything I needed. I will definitely stay there anytime in Oxford

  Wow! Excellent, Better than expected stay

  From the moment we were warmly greeted to the time we left the next morning, our experience was wonderful. Check In was quick and easy! The lobby, dining area and other public areas were clean and orderly. Our room, kitchen area and bathroom were very clean. (And, Im very picky!) The bed was comfortable and the linen was spotless. The bath towels were fluffy and large. Every staff member we met was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was one of the best Ive ever experienced in a hotel where breakfast is included. The lady who maintained the dining area for breakfast was delightful. She anticipated our needs and the area was very orderly and clean. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

  Great hotel but had a major issue

  We checked in last night around 10 pm. Our Hilton profile has us as requesting a high floor room and we are gold members. The night clerk was great checking us in quick as we had had a long drive from Florida. We got all situated in our 4th floor room( 5th floor is top) and ready to go to sleep and kept hearing yelling and screaming in the hall and coming through the air ducts. Low and behold the night clerk put us in a room on the floor where a huge wedding party was staying( 4th and 5th floor). I think we were maybe the only non- wedding party on these floors. So by midnight we contacted the front desk and spoke with Pamela. She rocks. We asked for her to quiet them down or move us 2 floors down, as far away from the wedding party as possible! So... we moved to a new floor. 2 floors down. I love to have a good time celebrating a wedding but since we were not invited, we could not sleep. Pamela was so sweet and handled it all so well- what a professional!!! The hotel was clean ,updated, and showed a lot of pride by the employees- that I like! Breakfast was ok considering Covid. We were up and out of there as early as we could considering we moved rooms at 12:30 am. Highly recommend this place otherwise! I talked to the morning desk clerk and asked for some extra points to our Bonvoy acct for our trouble snd extreme inconvenience and she said I could choose something from the little Market! Huh? I said no thanks and she said something to the effect of talking to her GM... well see what the decision is! Pamela is a shining star at this place! Give her a raise, she is a keeper!

  Not so pet friendly

  The hotel was quiet and clean. When we checked in we were notifies of the $100 pet fee. I thought that was high for one 12lb dog. We have traveled cross-country several times with animals and this is the highest pet fee we have encountered.
