  Comfortable, clean and friendly

  The room are well equipped, the staff was friendly and the rooms clean and convenient to work in. The breakfast was not something to write home about but was reasonable. Overall, it was a Good experience!

  Good one for a long stay

  Stayed here for a week during official travel.. The hotel is located close to a shopping center and so that puts you not far from cinema, shopping, and food. The rooms are spacious and is suited for long stays. Each has a large table and chair, dining table, microwave, dishwasher and many require utensils, dishes and cutlery. The beds were really comfortable and I had sound sleep. The staff were all super friendly and the front desk has some decent choices of snacks to grab. There is coffee most of the time near the front desk. Really good for someone like me who hates kettle coffee. The hotel has a large open parking, a good gym and a small but maintained pool. The only aspect I didnt like was the really dull breakfast menu. Everyday was egg and sausage and the same bread and make your own pancakes and stuff like that. Would have been wonderful to thrown in something new - bacon or some surprise. A comfortable stay - made better by the friendly staff.

  Overall it is just average

  I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights, I satisfied with overall service. The breakfast was all same for 6 days. The pool was not available because of some maintenance. The hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful.

  Below average and an extremely disappointing stay for the price point

  I stayed here over a week, and i'd like to think this review can help people decide in the future whether to check into here or stay at another hotel. First of all, the rooms themselves are not cleaned properly. Management will make excuses for this (including on here), but the truth is there have been people complaining about the exact same things since 2016 and these specific things have not been resolved. I stayed in two different rooms in this establishment and both rooms had nearly the same hygiene problems. There are white stains on the walls that housekeeping doesn't clean off. There are stains on the carpeting. The appliances are not cleaned well. The top of the desk and closet are not dusted properly. This is unacceptable for this price range. Clearly whoever is in charge does not want to change, because the complaints about the stains (you can see for yourself) were made in the past, stemming several years ago. Cleanliness aside, this is not a quiet place. This hotel is very popular with families bringing their kids and staying over while waiting for a tournament. This happens in the winter (hockey) and in the summer (soccer). I was there right before a tournament, and this hotel takes little to no steps to contain the ridiculous noise that you will experience if you happen to stay before a tournament. Children running in the hallways at all hours of the day and night. Children slamming doors and yelling. Children walking barefoot in the swimming area and being dirty. Children jumping on the beds and floor after midnight. The noise doesn't end here. Expect to have an extremely rough time if you are a light sleeper like I am. Complaints to the front desk range from no result to minimal result. I got moved to a quieter room after complaining for several days. You could still hear the stomping, banging, and even yelling coming from the bottom floors. Front desk staff are not all hospitable. Most of the people I dealt with during the daytime, including the manager herself, were pleasant enough and did try to help me whenever possible. With that being said, there is a gentleman who works at night (who also acts as security) who is extremely rude. Every time I talked with this individual, including for check out, he would argue with me, ask me personal questions, and make demands that were not in line with this hotels hospitality standards. I am not a person who complains for the sake of complaining, but this man is extremely unpleasant and doesn't know how to deal with people in a natural manner. Berating me and arguing with me about things that don't concern him is none of his business and even though management won't care about this review, i'd hope that they can raise the standards for whom they hire, as this individual and most of the housekeeping staff are clearly beneath an acceptable standard. First room was fine in terms of function, second room had significantly more wear and tear, loose tap in the shower, etc. Complimentary breakfast is nice and all, but with the Fairfield and Holiday Inn and Hilton just down the road, there really is no reason to put yourself through any of this with the level of noise and the rudeness of some staff members. I hope to see management get their act together in the future because this establishment has the potential to be a lot better. It also has some very pleasant people working at the front line that don't deserve to be tossed into the same pot as the rude staff and the employees who can't do an acceptable job.

  Great for a family.

  We were comfortable with the room. Very helpful for a family with more than one person coming and going. The service staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the full kitchen and dining area. Overall, I would stay here again when on business.
