  EXCELLENT STAFF!

  This is my 2nd time staying here and just like the first time the staff went over and beyond. By far the most courteous, professional, and warm group of people you would ever hope for! I'll never stay anywhere else whether here or in another state. I'm a Marriott member for life! Thank you for another great stay and many more to come!

  Great Staycation

  Thanks to Alicia for making my stay wonderful, she really goes over and beyond; very nice and professional. I had the bedroom suite, which I love, very spacious, accommodating and quiet. Lobbying was inviting, modern and hotel itself is very nice. Overall I enjoyed my stay and I will return in the near future.

  Best housekeeper ever.

  We stayed two nights recently. The rooms are large and comfortable. The water pressure was great also. The best part of the hotel was that the beds were perfect. The outdoor atmosphere was very relaxing with all the fire pits and nice sitting areas to relax. It is also super close to everything. If you're going to do a bit of shopping or just want to be out looking around you have to go to Ashley Park literally across the road. It has so many great shops and has the perfect setup to park and walk. There is also games and Adirondack chairs outside of the stores to just sit and enjoy sometime outdoors. The way it is set up so you can set there and watch the kiddos play with everything from cornhole boards to hoolahoops. There are lots of stores to visit. A few that I can remember off the top of my head are the great American cookie company, Rocket Fizz, Creamistry, Bath and Body Works, Popcorn Shop, and tons more. I do have to say the housekeeping at the hotel was wonderful. They went above and beyond to keep everything clean.

  Overall Good Hotel

  Overall, the hotel is very clean and appears to be a newer hotel which is a big positive in my opinion. The front desk clerk was very polite and friendly. I was greeted with appreciation for my points status recognition which sometimes go un noticed by some establishment. Restaurants and shopping are close to the hotel and the location is convenient to the interstate. The only frustration and/or issues I have with the hotel was the outlet near the bed was loose resulting in a fear that my phone charger would not stay plugged in over night, and the TV was very small and off to the side. It appeared that the TV stand was on wheels which could be moved to the foot of the bed if desired; however, this is not something I wanted to bother with personally so I never attempted to move the stand. Additionally the bathroom counter was small which was fine for a single guest; however, I can see wear travelers with multiple guest could have an issue. Overall, if your looking for a good nights rest with close proximity to restaurants and shopping I would recommend a stay.
