  Great stay near Nashville Airport

  Happened to stay at the TownePlace during a recent visit to see family in the area. What a great choice. The employees could not have been better. They went out of their way to made sure we had everything we needed. I asked the front desk employee for an extra towel at breakfast and before I had poured my coffee, she was on the elevator with a towel. Rooms were in great shape, nice kitchenette, great location. We will be back for sure!

  Higly recommended...

  The hotel its very clean ,comfortable and nice. Close to the aeroport. The staff are so kind and helpful. Really good breakfast and varied options. The hotel offer fruto, Ester and coffe 24 hours!!!. Higly recomended!!!!. Love so much!!!

  Excellent Stay

  We stayed here March 6 and March 7 2020 coincidentally right after the tornado. It was an excellent stay. The lady at desk was genuinely friendly. I wish I remembered her name. All staff we met were very professional and nice. The motel and our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and plentiful. Since there was the tornado and there was damage close by there were supplies that had been donated stacked neatly in the lobby to be distributed. That made me glad. In addition, when we were checking out there was a family who had been impacted by the tornado checking in. The desk clerk again was so kind. I heard her tell the lady that they would take good care of her family. I do believe they would!

  Excellent!

  We stayed here the weekend after the tornado. March 6 and 7 Such friendly people! Clean and spacious rooms and good and plentiful breakfast. There were many supplies to be given to victims of the tornado neatly stacked in lobby which made me proud. I would mostl definitelt stay again. Just a short drive to downtown Nashville

  Needs Work

  The hotel looks like it was recently renovated; however, it still has work to be done. 1. Daytime staff not that friendly. Always had the stepped away sign on the countertop. Evening staff never had the sign and was friendly. 2. Fridge didnt cool so a new one had to be brought in. 3. Power to the bedroom light and bathroom lights didnt work. 4. Toilet seat was broken. 5. Didnt plow the parking lot after it snowed. Caused a lot of people to get stuck in the snow. 6. Only had one pot, 6 dishes, 2 mugs, and some silverware. This was totally lacking especially since it is a LONG TERM STAY hotel. 7. Because of COVID, doors are locked so you always have to go through the front. Also, you have plunge your own toilet. This was my second bad experience with a Towneplace Suites in less than 6 months so I have vowed never to stay at another one. All other Marriotts have been way better (Ive been an elite member for 16 years).
