  Not ready for prime time COVID style.

  After a short wait behind a family of four, we were greeted by the young man behind his mask, and plexiglass. Our checkin was quick including the verbal instructions about obtaining pre-packaged breakfast items in the morning. We asked if baggage carts were available and were told there was only one?! (Noticing a family headed to their car, departing, we snagged this lonely cart and sprayed it down with our can of disinfectant; better safe than sorry.) In the elevator we noticed that it had finger smudges marring the shiny surface, and a mis-hung paper notice. Upon closer view, we saw that this notice was of the Montana's governor's quarantine notice for travelers to Montana from another state, that was to expire on April 10. (The date of our checkin was July 3.) Not a good sign this was. Our room looked clean and comfortable but there was no rack for our luggage. Next morning, we grabbed some breakfast items and headed out for the day. Upon our return, we noticed that our room had not been cleaned. After enquiring at the front desk, we were told that no workers were permitted to enter a guest's room. The guest had to put trash and soiled linens in the hallway for pickup, and obtain replacements from the front desk. The elevator also remained dirty as we had seen it 24 hours before, so we no longer used the elevator during our week-long stay. It was not until the very last day that a staff member expressed some cordiality to us, behind the plexiglass but with mask off. This was the most uncomfortable overall Marriott experience we have had in over 40 years as a customer. Needless to say, when we returned to Missoula the following week, we did not stay at this location.

  Excellent customer service

  Our family stayed here on our way home from Glacier National Park. We left my sons insulin in the fridge. We received a call from the hotel on our way home letting us know it was there. The hotel staff has been fabulous in working with us to get the insulin shipped to us going above and beyond to make sure we got the insulin.

  Nice comfortable room

  Pros: room was comfortable and clean. Very nice to have a kitchenette, especially with an extended stay. Continental breakfast was decent, with items individually wrapped (safer than buffet style with COVID). Staff was very friendly. Con: could hear the people on the floor above me moving around, often in middle of night, as well as door across the hall slamming shut.

  Best Motel Ever

  I stay in a lot of motels throughout the year for my job. I try not to stay in roach motels, but there are a lot of "nicer" motels that charge top dollar, and are dumps. This motel was the nicest, cleanest motel I have ever stayed at, and with the most amenities. Even with Rona going on, they still offered to make an order of biscuits and gravy; tasted as good or better than some restaurant food! They have a lot of other breakfast options, as well. I would highly recommend this motel! I could live there! Love it...

  Nope! Not a third time!

  I've stayed her twice in thirty days. I will not stay again. I caught two employees two different times off guard...they were not wearing masks. This happened on arrival and after the elevator door opened as I was leaving the hotel. I also noticed a housekeeper only wearing a mask on his mouth as he was cleaning rooms. The BonVoy app mobile check in works great! The contact less mobile room key not so much. With the mobile key you are supposed to be able to bypass the reception desk and go straight to your room. Well that hasn't worked at this hotel either time. My key has never been ready nor does it have a room number associated with it in the app. So much for contact less check in. Maybe this hotel doesnt do this but it seems they dont do other things too. The beds are like plywood with a bit of foam on them. The pillows are like cinder blocks. I had horrible back and neck pain after my second stay.
