  Best Customer Service

  The Hotel Manager, George, was very helpful. We were very satisfied with the phenomenal staff and amenities of the hotel. This will be the only place we stay when visiting Midland Texas again. I highly recommend this hotel if you're going through Midland.

  Excellent customer service

  We received EXCELLENT customer service from the Hotel Manager, George, in resolving a booking issue. The hotel staff were all great and the amenities are wonderful. This is the only hotel we will stay in when visiting Midland or passing through.

  Very clean & comfortable

  We were a little worried when we arrived since they were working on the exterior of the hotel, but it was a great stay. Room was very clean and nice. Hotel staff was very friendly. Very quiet. Definitely will stay here again if ever in Midland in the future.

  Disrespectful Staff

  In this time of Covid 19, you would think a major chain like Marriott would enforce the policy of having their staff wear a mask while facing the public. The night staff at this hotel either does not have a mask on, or wears it around their chin. I have stayed at this hotel three times in the past month and noticed the same behavior two out of the three times. In addition to that, there is one employee that has no business waiting on customers. She is rude, lacks the basic customer service skills and usually can be found sitting outside or watching television. They have also over billed and have yet to refund me for the additional day I was charged for. There are other hotels in the area that have equal facilities and a staff that understands customer service, not to mention understanding the importance of wearing a mask in these times while facing the public. I will not be returning...

  Great Overnight Stay

  This hotel (Midland) was on my route as the halfway point. Good location a little off I-20 and close to a variety of good restaurants to chose from. My late evening check-in was smooth and the room was immaculate. I wish I had as nice of a room during the extended trip I was just returning from! The bed was comfortable and very nice water pressure to enjoy a good long shower. The night staff were very professional and helpful during my late check-in and very early morning departure so I cannot comment about breakfast but the coffee was hot and strong as I headed out on the road. Good stay and would recommend this Marriott property.
