  Great stay

  Thank you guys for a great stay! We stayed after (maybe even during, who knows the time line anymore) Corona Virus and can say that everything was perfectly clean. A lot of options for sanitizer and wipes, to ensure we knew that we were safe and everything was clean. Room was clean as well and front desk was friendly. Overall great stay!!! Thank you all!

  Lived Here Worked Near

  I basically moved in and spent several hundreds of dollars. Great room, great location and overall fun positive team! I never needed housekeeping, never really ate breakfast and tried keeping to myself. Overall good product and location! Understanding of ADA should be Better addressed for future knowledge and Ill leave it at that!

  Excellent stay!

  My husband, dog and I spent 2 nights in this dog friendly hotel during a recent power outage. The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. My dog loved the treats at the front desk, too., Allison was especially helpful with my booking.

  Stay Here And Recharge

  We drove from Atlanta to visit and attend to my father in law's affairs. Despite Covid, which this place takes very seriously, we felt welcomed and at home. Friendly staff, looked out for our needs and requested we stay in our room as much as possible given we were from out of state. In fact, they offered room service for breakfast. The clean rooms also offered a fully furnished kitchenette. The hotel is in a quiet spot away from both the road noise and the airport. The location is also within walking distance of both dining and shopping areas. All told, great value, helpful staff in a quiet area. Will be making this our place to stay in the place where my wife grew up.

  A Must Stay For Anyone, ESPECIALLY CNY Patients!

  This was our 2nd stay here, but a MUCH longer stay. Last time we stayed 11 days in a Queen 2 bed suite, but this time we were here for a little over 20 days as CNY patients so we opted for the 2 bedroom suite. If you are going to stay your whole cycle like I did, or even for a week, this room was SO WORTH IT. they are right around the corner from the CNY office, there is a shuttle available sometimes (although due to COVID may not always be available), and it's in same parking lot as Target. Each bedroom had its own closet and SmartTV, so I didn't have to fight my husband for space or TV time lol. They do have full fridges, sinks, dishwashers and stovetops in all rooms, and the 2 bedroom has a oven in it. I know people are always looking for places to stay...and maybe this place isn't the cheapest, but its for sure super comfortable, convenient, and staff is amazing. The table they have in there was big enough for both my husband and I to work from and the wifi perfect. The ottoman actually has this awesome little tray table over it than can convert to a bed table. If you are worried at this place being clean...their cleaning staff is CONSTANTLY wiping everything. You can see on the walls where they wiped, you can smell it...nothing to worry about in that area I truly can't imagine staying anywhere else in the Albany/Latham area...I don't care if there is a cheaper place or they build a hotel right across the street from CNY. This hotel is awesome, but what makes it the BEST is its staff. Kayla, Diana, Jerry, Neena, Alison...and I am sure I am missing others names. But thank you SO SO SO much...during such a trying time, you guys made everything for us so much better
