  this hotel is tired

  Needs a complete makeover. the first room we went to the carpet was shredded at the bathroom entrance and there were specks of blue toothpaste in the sink. the second room the carpet has stains, small rips . the kitchen sink faucet was about to fall out of the hole in the counter top. someone had put caulk around it to try to secure it. the rubber on the bottom of the shower door was pink from water junk nothing nice to say about this hotel at all. while we are following the COVID protocol we were told to put our towels in our clothes basket and set it and the trash out the door we told them we didnt have a basket. Oh was the response, never offered to give us one even though we were there for 3 nights. the grab and go breakfast was well....I am without words.

  Poor customer service

  Stayed for 1 night 11/13-11/14. Had room 331. When we checked in the front desk attendee did not wear a mask nor did she stay consistently behind the plexiglass. She was on the phone tell someone to let the water run longer if they wanted hot water and abruptly signaling another guess in the wrong direction and then yelling never you were going right. When we finally got to our room around 9:45 there were no towels in the room. I walked down to get some. I Offer to wait for the towels because the attendee seemed busy counting money. She said no, it will be a while as I need to figure this out, I went back to my room and waited. It was 11:15 pm and no towels and not shampoo or other soaps. I called the front desk and a new person answered. I told him I was still waiting for towel and he said maam I just got here and nobody told me you needed towels! I must say up to this point I had been polite and patient and did not feel his tone and non-apologetic behavior were warranted. The room itself was ok, did not feel clean. There was green mold on the window and mold on the ceiling of the shower. The hallway was filthy, stained and with visible crumbs. The rate for a 1 night stay was $200, definitely not worth the stay.   Horrible stay

  We were having hot water problems our entire stay and the older lady at the desk Noel was no help at all and didnt seem like she wanted to help us with that problem . Management was nowhere to be found and didnt even want to issue me a refund for the inconvenience.

  Stay away from this place.

  Currently staying as a guest and going on day 9 with no hot water, made several attempts to ask front desk when they expected the issue to be corrected just to be told they are waiting on a Marriott plumber when you do catch somebody as they hide in the back office. Waited 20 minutes for somebody to acknowledge me as I was trying to check-in. Constantly hear other guest complaining about staff and issues not being handled. Room was dirty. Only half the lights have light bulbs. Once a find a new Hotel that will accommodate my extended stay in the area, I will be contacting State and Local officials in regards to this hotel not providing the minimal standards for bathrooms under the health and building codes for commercial structures used by the hospitality industry.

  First Impressions not withstanding, a comfortable stay

  If I reviewed based only on first impressions, I would have given "Terrible". The front desk lady was as rude as I have ever seen in any of my 150+ hotel stays in the last 12 months. If I didn't have my travel-weary family with me on this trip, I would have cancelled immediately and sought arrangements elsewhere. That being said, the hotel was clean, comfortable and convenient. However, while my interactions with some of the staff the rest of the week was improved compared to my initial visit, they all need to be trained in the art of Marriott Customer Service or replaced.
