  excelente hotel

  el hotel es excelente,el mobiliario muy nuevo,todo esta muy limpio,tiene cocineta con refrigerador y microondas,el desyuno gratuito esta muy completo,abundante y de buena calidad,la atencion del personal de primera,tiene una pequeña alberca y asadores en el exterior,esta a 5 minutos de gallerias,hay un walmart a 100 metros y para rematar el precio me parecio muy bueno. sin ninguna duda lo recomendaria. felicidades ¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡

  Really poor experience

  Hotel is fairly clean, I guess because it is new. However, the breakfast is the worst collection of processed food I have ever seen. And I like processed food! The sausage was like a wood chip and the eggs, if they were eggs, were plastic or something. There was no one there cleaning or stocking anything so fruit was all gone. If there was any. But it got worse. Nobody cleaned our room at all. We were gone all day and into the late evening and, of course, the clerk said there was nobody from housekeeping there but she would send them in the morning. Gosh, thanks for the effort. She did give us a couple of towels. Really, not cleaning the room and not having an edible breakfast make this a definite hotel to avoid. Can't handle the basics at all. Pathetic experience.

  Great hotel!

  Weve stayed here multiple times in the past couple months due to visits with my mom going to MD Anderson. The staff is excellent and helpful, and the location is perfect and easy to get to! Rooms are always clean and a great size for our big crew! We wont stay anywhere else from now on while were in town!

  Excellent Home Away from Home!

  This pet friendly hotel was my family's home for 6 months (November 2019 - May 2020) and we had an excellent experience! We received top notch service during our entire stay1 The front desk staff was very professional and made sure we had everything we needed- especially Troy, Marisol and Karla, they were phenomenal! Housekeeping was outstanding, friendly and respectful. They made sure our room was always cleaned well and stocked with towels, kitchen and bathroom supplies. It was quite comfortable. I'd like to especially recognize Severa and the managers. They, as well as all the other housekeeping staff took pride in their work and were very thorough. Maintenance also responded promptly to the few little things we needed- blown out light bulbs, etc. and were very courteous. They took excellent care of the grounds around the hotel as well. I'd especially like to recognize Havier and Ricardo for excellent service during our stay. We utilized the exercise room and on-site laundry is available on two floors. The hotel is in a great location- Wal Mart is next door, Sam's Club is across the street, it's close to a variety of restaurants, the Galleria Mall (more than 300 stores) and has easy access to the major highways. I'd also like to note that Houston went under stay at home orders in March, 2020 and the staff was reduced significantly, but our service was not. Management made sure we were taken care of. My only suggestion to the Marriott upper management would be to consider complementary weekly wash and dry for extended stays beyond 30 days. We spent quite a bit keeping our clothes clean during the course of our stay. Even twice a month would be helpful! To sum up everything- you won't be sorry if you choose this hotel for your stay in the Houston Galleria area!

  Very disappointing,

  The room is very unclean. Its difficult to guess how long its been since vacuuming Human hair all around the floor. Puddle under refrigerator when we checked in Kitchen floor also dirty No water pressure Later shut off water without notification AC struggled to keep room cool
