  Works great for a weeks stay

  This place worked great for us . We were working in Jefferson city for the week each room had a kitchenette so we cooked our own food . The outside grill was really nice we used it every night rooms where always clean . The breakfast kinda got old it was the same thing every day

  So, so...

  This hotel is average AT BEST!! First clerk at check in on 8/9, 3:30PM was very friendly. (Forgot to write down his name). Night clerk Keisha was AMAZING and incredibly helpful to our son who arrived very, very late, although the front desk was aware he was coming so she was prepared. Day clerk, Cody, when we checked out on 8/10; well that's a different story. Our AC in the main room didn't work AT ALL. Cody's response was not to write a note to maintenance but to inform me that they were old!! So am I but I don't tell people that's why something in the hotel doesn't work. I then told him that while all the dishes were in place there was NO SILVERWARE, Cody informed me that I didn't look in the right place. OK then....I opened every drawer & cabinet in the kitchen, even the hidden drawer he said I missed. NOT the kind of attitude I needed nor asked for. Yes, this hotel is OLD. While the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, the couch sagged, poorly. I read the reviews before I booked here, so was double disappointed when we arrived & saw the room. But lesson learned and we will never stay here again. Thank you for nothing Cody. But Sunday guy and Keisha, thank you for your kindness.

  Clean, Safe, and Pet Friendly

  We stopped at TownPlace Suites on a road trip south and were thrilled with the accommodations. The hotel staff were helpful over the phone about accepting pets and explained cleaning fees for non service animals. Ours were service animals so no fee for cleaning. I booked easily over the phone using my Marriott account number, so quick and simple as I was on a quick stop. Our room was clean and quiet. Everything was in perfect shape. For dog people - there is lots of exercise space for walking in the surrounding area Restaurant across from hotel is good, and only one at this exit right now. Area is under development, so this will most likely change soon

  Pet friendly, but at a cost

  Made reservation for hotel using my Bonvoy points. This time, traveling with our dog, who is recovering from surgery. Although the room was complementary, I felt that the $75 pet fee was a bit excessive. Found that the room only had sufficient towels for one person (not two), but front desk fixed the problem promptly. Breakfast was a take-away bag, but the sandwich required heating in the microwave, a bit inconvenient if a person had already checked out of their room. That said...it was OK.

  Overnight stay

  My parents, brother and I stayed here for one night. The hotel was clean and Covid 19-conscious. We received excellent service and every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and very clean and the grab-and-go breakfast options were great!. Thank you!
