  Quiet, but room setup is poor and breakfast is not up to TownePlace standards.

  We stayed there for leisure 28-30 Dec 2019. The positives: quiet location, easy to get to the ferry to Whidbey Island, and easy to get to Paine Field. The new shower head is very nice. The negatives: The hotel replaced the small dining table with more of a "business workstation" which didn't fit the space. In fact, the unit is so tall the staff had to "stuff" the existing overhead light over it. The light is half obstructed by the vertical unit and the shade is crushed slightly to make it fit. The workstation location impinges on the kitchen area quite a bit. This was not useful. The lamps built in to the wall by the bed headboard are bent and shades are damaged which gave me the impression of lack of maintenance and attention to detail. Also, I was not informed during my reservation process that my military / govt rate would only be honored one night and the second night was substantially higher. I've stayed at many TownePlace Suites properties in the last couple of years...this one rates pretty low in terms of facilities and breakfast quality. Bottom line: If you are in the area for a short time it will do. If you plan to stay longer than a couple of days, you may want to explore other options.

  Too many steps

  This property includes several buildings, none of which are on the same level. There are steps everywhere. For example, the parking lot is on the second floor level of building 7 This required going down steps to get to the builfing. If your room is on the second floor, you must climb another set of step back up to that level. Also, the room layout is poor. Rooms with one queen bed have that bed squeezed between walls on both sides. I won't say not to stay here, but we will never stay again at this hotel.

  Fantastic stay!

  My husband and I celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary here and we didn't want to leave! Our original plans were derailed by Covid-19 but this was such a wonderful getaway that we are planning to make it an annual event! Our suite was gorgeous. The location - just a few miles away from several restaurants and the ferry - the personal touches, such as the GM, Quynh Pham greeted us and upgraded us to a king suite for our special occasion. Touches like this make our staycation more memorable. Thank you to Quynh and her team for a wonderful time!

  Great place to stay

  I stayed here few diff times i have no complaints i love the rooms lot of parking an at check in xy andrews was very sweet an polite very welcoming. I always go back an hope she would be there to check me in always brighten up my day. I highly recommend staying here. Soniya c.

  Beautiful

  Ayaka greeted me with a warm smile and was the most helpful person. Gave me all the information about the area and the hotel. She even guided me to the room with her great communication skills, will surely visit again.
