  Small bathroom

  Booked here while helping our son and girlfriend move from Spokane to Denver. My first choice was the Fairfield but the Fairfield doesnt accept pets and they had their cats. So we stayed here since it looked newer. Outside looked wonderful but the public areas inside looked dirty. The room itself was very clean. Did not like the room layout at all. Bathroom is really small, has no counter space and the closet is in bathroom. My wife and I couldnt try to use sink and access closet at same time or even leave out some toiletries. Internet was the slowest I have come across in a long time. COVID breakfast was better than others I have had. Also was unhappy with room assigned. Gold level member with Marriott and I always request a quiet room away from elevator. So our room was right across from the elevator. I was really tired and still had a very hard time sleeping.

  Decent extended stay style hotel

  Arrived late and the front desk attendant was very welcoming and knew how to correctly process a mobile checkin. Props to him. The rooms... thought they were a bit small for this class of hotel. Youll find all of the amenities you would expect. Furnishings were comfortable but a bit dark and dated. The bed was comfortable, except for the pillows. In terms of Covid cleanliness.. overall they get an A-. The room was very clean, wipes were left, and remote was bagged after cleaning. The only minus were the shared toiletries. Blech. Breakfast was offered at the front desk but the options were pretty pathetic. They could do better here. Also they need to put the correct sized coffee packets in the room to match the pot size. I think this was my first stay at a TownePlace, maybe my second... it was good. I think the competitors put out a better product overall.

  Good option, especially for longer stays

  We stayed here in October 2020 for over a week. Checkin and out was efficient and friendly. We had a king suite, which has a tiny but reasonable kitchen, comfy bed, sofa, and desk with chair. It was tight with two of us and our bags, but manageable. Given covid, cleaning is only done on request. I went to front desk for towels and garbage bags 2 timws during the stay, and sometimes staff seemed put upon to give these supplies-- which surprised me. But overall a good stay. Nice lobby with tables and chairs, plus small area by gas fireplace that is good to meet people while socially distancing.

  Alright Hotel

  Stayed one night back in April of 2020, I was moving across the county and picked this hotel based on the prices and location. It fit my needs for the one night. Not sure if I'd stay here again, might try another hotel if I'm ever in the area again.

  Not the best

  We booked the hotel for 7 nights but ended up staying only one as the hotel was a bit dated. The staff is very nice, but the rooms are not that great and were able to get better place for the same price. Their gym is quite small and the treadmill dead stopped on me while running twice. They charged us for having an emotional support animal and fought against it and we have to issue a charge back to get our money back. The GM was not very friendly and hard to deal with.
