  I havent stayed yet, but I wanted to mention there was a young man named Warren, whom I spoke with on the phone, and he made everything just right in regard to my room reservation. He went above and beyond and I was just on the phone with him! He helped with the pet deposit, made notes on my reservation and connected me to the people who make reservations. I called him twice and he was so nice!! Thanks Warren!! I just wanted to let management know.

  Great Rooms

  My room was great. It was clean, comfortable, and equipped for a much longer stay than I booked. This would be a wonderful hotel for a longer stay. There is a kitchenette, extra seating, a super comfortable bed, and an excellent shower/bath. The front desk personnel could not have been better. There are numerous dining and shopping areas nearby. I would happily stay here again when I am in the area.

  Great Hotel

  I would definitely stay here again. There were just a couple things that make it fall just short of perfect. The bed was nice, the staff was good, the internet was decent. The thing that really stuck out as great was how quiet the room was. The hotel was clearly built right, and after a few places recently that were very loud, it was a nice change. The two issues - breakfast and the shower. The breakfast is not a big deal, I don't stay at a hotel for its breakfast. The options were just very poor. The shower was the big deal - the water was the hardest water I've encountered in a very, very long time. It was so bad it could actually be a hazard for some people, it made everything very slick. They need to throw a water softener in the building, and it would make the place nearly perfect.

  Leisure worked well

  Lovely staff so inviting & helpful-bartender great!!!! Nice to have this amenity in lower priced hotel. Loved the room & ice machines great. Accessibility ease and quiet. Great stay & definitely again. Hope to have maid service soon again but understand due to COVID restrictions. Definitely good place & would stay again!!!! Thanks

  Reservations scam

  I was on the TownPlace Suite Website making reservations. After I entered all of my Credit Card Info, it showed the price of the room for one night at approximately $50.00 higher than the posted rate. When I called to find out why the taxes and fees were so much, I found out I was booking with Reservations.Com. I immediately called them only to have a phone connection so full of static you could not talk. I called a second time and cancelled the reservation (less than 15 minutes after making the reservation). They did not send email confirming cancellation, so I had to pay their fees for the room which included $19.99 fee for using them. We ended up paying $245.42 for a room with a posted rate of $88.00
