  Fuimos un grupo de 13 personas, las cuales nos quedamos en 4 habitaciones, todo fue muy grato, la habitacion limpia y muy funcional, el personal amable, suficiente estacionamiento sin costo, el desayuno que incluye es basico pero bueno, solo como detalle la alberca no funcionaba y el personal de recepcion no hablaba nada de español, en mi caso no fue problema, pero iba con personas mayores que no hablaban nada de ingles.

  Fine room for the purpose

  We had the 2 bedroom suite for 2 families. One had a king bed, one with a queen, although it certainly looked closer to a double than a queen. The couch was a pull-out but the mattress was super springy and the guy who slept on it said he didn't sleep well. Way too thin and poking him in the back all night. The King was very comfortable. Each bedroom plus the living room had a flatscreen TV and cable with a good choice of channels. Bathroom was fine, kitchen was great to have and we saved a bunch of money by bring our own food and being able to store leftovers from dinner to eat for lunch the next day. Very small pool - kids said it was super cold and they didn't last long. The breakfast was very basic.

  Noisy Doors

  We stayed here for a couple of nights. Our first room, #116, was right by the entrance door. This room had a dirty bathroom floor, which we had someone come up and wash the floor. It also had dirty sheets and the carpeting by the kitchen was ripped and taped. Since we heard the entrance door slamming all night long, we switched rooms. Room #216 was better but we still heard room doors. All the doors in the hotel slammed shut making it hard to have a restful sleep. The complementary breakfast was just ordinary. We were suppose to stay here longer, but we left and chose somewhere with quieter rooms.

  Left something to be desired

  We are faithful Marriott clients. Never stayed at a Towneplace Suites before, but gave it a try. Needed 15 rooms for a cheer competition. I booked Fairfield Originally. Our Coach wanted to switch to townplace. The lady who booked us as a group was lovely. Gave us decent pricing. That was great. Rooms are clean. Walls are thin. Pullout couch is SHAMFUL. its just coils covered in thin material. No joke. I felt awful making my child sleep on it. Breakfast area is tiny. Food quality does not equal what you get at other Marriott properties. Rather disappointed. Staff were nice. Housekeeping was nice. A bit slow in requests, but... nice ladies. Location worked for us. Moral of the story, I will chose another Marriott property over this one in the future. I much prefer Residence Inns.

  Disappointing Marriott TownPlace Suites Tewksbury Ma

  I LOVE Marriott and even other Townplace suite hotels but NOT the one I stayed in last night at Tewksbury Ma last night Tuesday March18 departing the 19th. It is motel like unlike Marriott completely as the mattress caved in the middle as one would in a hammock. The stove was also a disappointment as the stove top was broken and you could not put pans on it at all so the moved us however we asked for an upgrade we would pay for however they said NO as all they had were studio rooms so tight and cramped I would NEVER stay here again.
