  Excellent manager and staff

  The hallmark of this place apart from its good location is the exceptional professional staff who are all courteous and incredibly friendly.. I stayed many times over the last few weeks and enjoyed their nice in suit kitchen where you can prepare your own meals or you can walk to one of the nearby Five restaurants Very understanding staff although the pressure of the COVID-19... Will visit again Recommend it

  Awful

  Booked a 1 bedroom suite for my family of 3 and cat. When I arrived, I was told there were no 1 bedrooms and I would be downgraded to a suite with no talk of compensation. I then asked about the 2 bedroom suite and it so happened to be open. The room is dirty. That picture is of my previously white sock after a day in the room. On day 2, the A/C stopped working and someone came to fix it. They did not fix it, but said theyd check on us in the morning. How nice.... Additionally, during the height of COVID, the front desk person doesnt bother putting their mask on when I check in and even though we requested that maintenance wear a mask in our room, they showed up without one and we had to ask again for them to put one on. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

  Terrible - Dirty - Outdated - Awful Odors

  We generally trust the Marriott brand of hotels when traveling and were shocked this one is still under their umbrella. When arriving and walking in the main entrance, had to step over a dead toad and all of its guts spread all over the sidewalk (it was disgusting) - 4 hours later it was still there. The lobby and common areas are really beat up and you have to walk through a hallway and swipe your room key to get through a standard size door and then squeeze through with the luggage. This setup makes no sense (although I guess it is secure). When entering our room we were immediately met with an overwhelming stench of stale cigarette smoke - complained to the front desk and they gave us another room...and it only mildly smelled of smoke (this is a common theme among reviews). Those were some early lowlights but overall the 2 day stay was not enjoyable. We would NEVER stay in a TownPlace Suites again due to this experience.

  Friendly place

  Had to stop here overnight after long drive. I paid employee rate, which is usually 20% of the base price. Still my check in with Katrina ws wonderful experience. She upgraded my room to 2 Bedroom. Which really helps for me and my kids to sleep better. Having teenager and 8 year old kid in one bed is tough. But Katrina understands it given the fact my rate is so cheap. Night auditor, he is friendly too.

  Run Away

  What a dump. Upon arrival, the room was very dirty. Leftovers in the refrigerator, dirty dishes in the dish washer, coins on the floor (never vacuumed), and holes in the carpet. The two bedroom i booked smelled bad (smoke, BO, Etc..). Furniture very dirty and stained. Cant believe this is a marriott.
