  Nice, clean modern hotel - but beware of pet policy!

  This hotel was very nice and includes a kitechette with spices and cooking supplies you can check out from the front desk. Spacious rooms. There was a large table but not great for working on laptop...table too high or chairs too low...not adjustable. Beware of the pet policy! If you're a light sleeper or don't enjoy hearing barking dogs, ask for a room away from pets. The room next to me had 2 large dogs that barked for 4 days.

  Frustrated

  I have been here weekly for last 5 weeks on business. There was only one week the room was clean with no issues. Tonight I arrived and had to empty a fully loaded dishwasher. A towel folded in the bathroom was wet. Question if it was clean. The bed was made but sheets were very wrinkled, again question if they are clean. Previous visits have encountered dirty couch loaded in pet hair, leaking window during storm, dirty dishes and bathroom. One would think during COVID the cleanliness would be stepped up rather than multiple weekly issues. Guess it's time to find a different hotel.

  Safety Issue

  The hotel was nice upon arrival and we was greeted by the front desk clerk, who wore her mask, and check in was quick. We get settled and go out for dinner and then bring it back to find the beginning of what looked like a birthday party in the open meeting room. We noticed there were about 50 of them and none of them were wearing masks. The new front desk clerks weren't wearing masks either. It made us feel uncomfortable as it said on the front door that masks were required! We stayed in the room the rest of the evening. The next morning when I woke I noticed flea bites were on my arm and neck. Anyways, we will not be staying here again.

  Refused a room

  Booked through Priceline, paid in full got to the hotel. Showed the credit card in a mothers name, showed identification REFUSED a room@and no refund. First they said it was because the parent had not sent a drivers license....renter is 37. Now the story is the renter refused a 200 dollar cash incidental fee. Baloney. STAY away

  Disgusting

  Ive stayed at this hotel numerous times since they opened in 2017 and this was the worst they have ever been. Blood on sheets Dirt on the floor Stains on mattress cover Blood on light switch Never again
