  Basic, good value

  Stayed one night for youth baseball tournament. Asked for quiet room and stayed on top (4th) floor. Quiet, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchenette, clean. Personnel was helpful and courteous. Breakfast was simple and adequate.

  Best lodging experience of our trip!

  First and important to us is cleanliness. This was the 4th hotel of our trip and I was SO pleased with how clean the room was... immaculate. Free nice quality laundry machines, complimentary soap and dryer sheets, and our kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything needed, including dish soap.Located in a very convenient area too. Im surprised at some of the less favorable reviews of the staff because the desk and cleaning staff was amazingly friendly and informative about the area. The hot breakfast was good and adequately stocked. There are quiet hours posted in the halls, a thoughtful touch. More than a great value for the money. A genuine pleasant experience!

  Horrible hotel and customer service

  The hotel room was very dirty, the linens were stained and very nasty. Hair all over bathroom. The furniture and carpet were soiled and the room and hotel smells like cone chips. The appliances in the suite were rusted and dirty. Microwave had food all over it. The floors were the worst! The hotel also had a lot of wild cats both inside (yes inside) and outside in the back parking lot. We complained to the General Manager Otwilinda and her response to use as me and my spouse were talking to her was that if we didnt like it we hold check out! Dont waste your money or time here! If your worried about cleanliness in a pandemic this hotel would not be my first choice.

  Super clean and great work space

  We have had to stay in 8 hotels in the Carolinas due to the changes imposed on our work during COVID. This is the cleanest hotel by far. Every detail, the floors, the kitchen, grouting in the tub, no dust in the floor moldings. The management here obviously cares and holds a high standard. Great place to work with desk chair and two Ethernet hookups as well. The one bedroom suite allows one person to work without disturbing those trying to rest.

  Someone/thing else wet the bed

  This was a TERRIBLE experience for me, my wife, and two kids! We got to the hotel around 930-945pm and our first room smelled like a wet dog. We found out why...my wife, after her bath, went to bed and laid down in wet Pee in the bed. Disgusting! After my children took off their shoes they walked on wet Pee in the carpet, in three different spots, and my son found a white powder and a medicine tab in the desk cubby. Shooting for a par...there was hair all over the bath room. The second room, close to midnight by now, which was Not the suite I paid for but was a standard room, was free of Pee in the beds and carpet but was just as filthy with hair in the shower and bathroom, counter tops and fridge had some kind of greasy brown residue all over them! It was already close to midnight and we couldnt get another room so we slept and left! I guess considering the elevator doors and framing we shouldnt have expected anything else! Terrible Marriott!! Waiting to hear from the manager...calling Marriott Corporate in the morning.
