  Do not go there!!!!!!

  Absolute worst stay ever! There are enough adjectives to describe this hotel! The Bates Motel is the Ritz Carleton in comparison! The owners do not care because customers have complained between the cleanliness of the room and the mold, to the broken furniture, the lack of tv choices, the horrible smells coming from the mattresses, cigarette burns in everything, doors not closing properly, no breakfast and no internet! Let's not mention the mold and the pipes broken and leaking when the water is turned on! Add the exposed wires and broken light fixtures! No need of complaining because the owner and I mean no offense to this nor any of the staff read, speak, and write English very well! Your better off and safer sleeping in your car before coming here! Trust me!!!!

  $20 WOULD BE TOO MUCH

  Dirty,Dingy,Down right Dump.Can't think of one thing we were happy with.Stay clear.P.S.And I'm not a fussy guy.That should tell you something.Burn marks everywhere,rug disgusting.holes in walls,just really bad, bathroom also.Towels so small,I could not dry my hands,let alone my body .Was afraid to even take a shower.

  Horrible stay!

  room was filthy, shower head fell off the first night was reported was never fixed. i had to buy sheets to sleep. We only slept here 2 nights out of the six. I did not feel safe. Local people live here. I am from this area and should have known better, I thought this was another Rodeway location a block down. Beware.

  You get what you pay for.

  At such a cheap rate, I had very low expectations. Turns out, that was a good idea. We needed a cheap place for 1 night. The hotel IS cheap, but man, that room hasn't been updated (or even cleaned?) since 1972. Torn carpet, stains on every single surface, BUGS, so many bugs! (Flies, fruit flies, spiders....like a damn jungle in there.) Check in clerk was polite enough, tons of outlets in the room - only 2 nice things I can say about the place. (Ps. NO free breakfast anymore.... just coffee.)

  Cheap, Old, but Fine

  I stayed for 10 nights and the price was 300 dollars. The purpose of my trip is work, so I wasn't here for vocation or anything and only wanted to pay the minimum for my stay. This worked. I was looking for safety, sleepable beds, water, electricity, internet, and parking, and this has all of that, so things were fine. There was also no bugs. AC was good. Fridge was good (and bigger than I expect). I don't watch TV so I don't know if that is good. It is also close to convinient stores like WAWA or dollar general, also has pharmacy stores nearby. Toilet paper existed. Soap bar existed. Well, if I consider the price, this exceeds expectation (I reasonably did not expect much for 30 dollar per night). Now for the negativity. The towels were dirty. Fine. I suspected that would happen so I have my own towels. The toilet clogged once. They initially only gave me toilet plunger and let me do it myself. I tried, told them I was not able to get it to work; they came, they used the plunger themselves, and they did fix the toilet. Fine. The internet is slow, but well it is here and it works. Fine. The room has no chair or sitting table, and I hated eating on bed, so the only choices were to sit on the floor as I eat, or eat while I am standing. Fine. The place does not have lanudry. However there is one that is nearby (called Island Cleaners & Coin Laundry). That laundry serivce is 3.50 per wash (small load) and 25 cents for 5 min of drying and closes and 8:30 PM. Fine. The place does not have morning call service. I am here for work so if that existed it would have been nice. Nope. Fine. I did bring my own alarm clock. The vending machine looked aweful. Fine. WAWA and dollar gneral is very close. The owners do not speak the best English. Fine. I was charged the full price upon checking in. Fine. Overall I say, just don't expect much. There are many things about this place that is far from being great, but it's cheap, so, fine. Bed, water, electricity, internet, parking; it's all here, and I did feel safe, plus there was no bugs, so that's what I would have really cared and they were fine. Just bring your own towels and do not expect much and enjoy the cheap stay. As for the owners, I think they are like... they don't want to go beyond what they think is minimumly necessity. By this I mean if it's something that everyone would agree is detrimental (ie. Toilet clogged) they would help, and they actually do have kind of a nice atitude when they are doing it. However if you ask for something extra they would either tell you the closest alternative choice (like, tell me where island cleaning service is, because they don't have laundry) or simply tell you they don't have that service. Pay minimum, expect minimum, and this place is fine.
