  Modern, clean, comfortable

  I stayed here 2 nights taking a double bed option. Room is of reasonable size, clean, warm. TV on the wall - actually at very comfortable angle to watch from the bed! Wi-Fi is fast. Very clean bathroom, good decor. non-slip rubber carpet in the shower ( thank you!), but the tiles are slippery. Negative: ( for me at least): I found no sockets on the side of the bed. For this reason - put the phone on charge and had to wake up in the morning to shut up the alarm. No possibility to lay in bed, read while it is charging. Breakfast - nothing special ( 3+ - because the omelette was really bad), but there is a reasonable selection to suit everyone. poor selection of pastries, could be better really! Hotel offers 5% discount at the Steak house restaurant ( I did not dine there) However on the balance - I would stay there again! Good value for money.

  Escapada de Trabajo a Kaliningrado

  Teniendo en cuenta que la cuidad de Kaliningrado es gris como todas las reconstruidas después de la segunda guerra mundial, el hotel es bastante agradable y muy limpio. Un hotel moderno y confortable para el que tenga que tener una estancia ocupada en la ciudad y quiera tener un buen lugar para descansar.

  Nice big room, Good Location

  Nice big room with sofa, big TV, fridge, etc.... Great location being not far from the city and lots of good food in the restaurant by the reception. Helpful staff so would recommend and return in the future

  Comfy hotel for a decent price

  I traveled to Kaliningrad back in May 2017 and had a few criteria: the location is good and the hotel is comfy. Tourist Hotel met both, and I was happy to find out that there was a grill attached to it on the first floor. The hotel itself is maybe 15-20 minutes away by taxi from the airport, which made for a painless transfer to/from. I was able to walk to a ton of museums and restaurants from there, which was arguably the biggest perk! Totally recommend it.

  Adequate

  The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city. The airport is a 15-20 minute taxi ride away and I was able to walk into the city centre in 25-30 minutes. There is a bus stop some 50-100 metres from the hotel, if you don't feel energetic. The room had a fridge and a TV with a bathroom, including shower. A couple of oddities: there was everything for a cup of tea except a kettle (see attached photo for evidence) and the TV had more than 20 channels, but all were in Russian - no foreign channels. The reception usually was staffed by one young woman who spoke passable English and they were helpful in letting me store my suitcase after checkout while I went back into town. They also booked me a taxi to the airport at no extra charge. The breakfast room was spacious, the staff were friendly and there was the usual buffet fare on offer. If you want to stock up on provisions, there is a small store across the main road, diagonally opposite the hotel. OK for my two day stay in the city.
