  El compromiso fabuloso en Torbahan hotel

  Me alojé en torbahan hotel para el compromiso. Fuí maravilloso me encantaron todas cosas como el servicio, los trabajadores son juiciosos,ambiente increíble. Me podría quedar para siempre en Torbahan hotel. Les recomiendo que quedense en Torbahan hotel y disfruten. El compromiso fué muy bien también me siento muy comodo en Torbahan hotel. Torbahan hotel hay 2 opciónes para nadar la piscina o el mar depende de ustedes. Espero que vuelva un día para quedarme 20 días. Yo me he alojado muchos hoteles pero para mi Torbahan hotel es el mejor hotel en Turquía. Si quieres preguntar algo mas sobre Torbahan hotel por favor preguntame. Cuando necesiten algo , la gente siempre les ayudarán. No te preocupes sobre nada. Y locación es muy bien como 10 minutos con un bus si quieren ir el centro de Bodrum

  Friendly atmosphere

  A good location, with nice staffs and clean room. A cozy restaurant by the sea with really fresh and yummy foods. 20 minutes driving to Bodrum centre which is cost about 50 tl by taxi. We were about 10 friends there and as all the people tanning next to the sea, the pool was usually exclusively for us ;) We had a very memorable stay in Hotel Torbahan and wish to come back. Just one small point is that there were no welcoming water in any room.

  Perfect

  At the very end of the season the hotel was quiet as was the surrounding area (apart from the music from Voyage Torba at the other end of the village). The hotel was spotless, the food excellent and the staff attentive. I had the swimming pool to myself as other guests preferred the beach jetty. All in all a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday.

  Appalling customer service, from start to end.

  The facade of the hotel seems nice, but step inside and the faces of the reception staff instantly dispel that illusion. The reception staff are awful, not a single one of them is professional or respectful to the customers. They do not look at you as you speak, they'll either be on their phone or clicking away at the computer, anything to appear uninterested and to show what a chore it is to speak to you. No smiles, no good morning, no good evening, a cold judging stare if you're lucky. Speaking to the reception staff would leave my girlfriend in tears they were so rude to her. We were called liars repeatedly, we were often ignored (in retrospect these were probably our best interactions with reception). Their claim on Booking.com to speak half the world's languages is bollocks, if you don't speak Turkish, good luck! Hoping that things will get better once you're inside the hotel is foolish, they've all been to the same school of customer service. At the beach we were told that certain areas were reserved for regular customers. We stopped eating and drinking at the Torbahan as they were continually trying to sneak extra things onto our tab. These were no accidents, they would bring a bowl of nuts to our table, unrequested, and then charge an exorbitant price for them. Extra drinks, extra food, no signatures for these orders, so we closed the tab. Fortunately there is a nice, good value cafe right next to the Torbahan beach and we ate and drank there instead. None of the virus prevention measures were followed; no staff wore masks, if they did it was on their chin; no tables, chairs or sunbeds were sanitised between use; there are as many sunbeds as can be squeezed into the small deck area. The standard room is tiny and plainly furnished, like a monk's cell; barely enough space to set down your luggage and still be able to move around the bed. The bathroom is so small it's hard to even turn around inside it. Faulty lights flickered and flashed all night long. A holiday should be carefree and relaxing, you shouldn't have to go over your tab like a detective, you shouldn't be treated as though you're an inconvenience.

  Boutique style Hotel in Torba Bodrum

  Stayed in Torbahan only 2 days and this is my feedback. Hotel is very nice decorated, expensive furniture which you will not find in all inclusive places. No rush on beach no loud music and kids. Even back yard of hotel is very clean and decorated with tables and nice flowers. My room was good enough. Employees are very helpfull, smiley, breakfast was realy tasty home made jams, peach pie, detox water, cookies etc. The only thing which is absolutely disliked from my side is prices at beach. They are higher than reqular prices in stanbul but its good that employees do not force you to make orders since you are a hotel guest you may go and eat outside and come back to beach. The other thing which want to advise to hotel is to provide towels at bath room. My plane was at late time. They offer me to use beach after check out time which is realy kind of them. There is a shower room on 1st floor so you can take a shower, change clothes before you finaly leave. However could not find clean towel First have asked about it from reception they said you have to ask at beach, at beach they said we do not have new clean towels please ask someone from housekeeping. Finaly managed to find housekeeping but she redirected me to reception so ended up using my beach wet towel again. ts not a big problem for me but as a hotilier can say this is not the best service. Overall enjoyed my stay. Torba is nice place water is clean, Bodrum city center is within 20 minutes away by public buses, they run till late night.
